So one thing that just pisses me off is when a company on Unilocal doesn’t update important info regarding their own company.
Apparently these guys have moved somewhere in El Monte, BUT they don’t care about their Unilocal customers otherwise they would update their address info and I would’ve avoided wasting my time or anyone else for that matter.
Plenty of other shops so I’ll take my business somewhere else. Sucks for them cause I was going to make close to a $ 3k purchase for nutrients.
If you read this make sure to call first and get correct address

Great customer service! One of the employees, forgot his name. He was tall and Asian was very helpful. He took me around the store to make sure I got everything I needed. It gave a real personal experience while I was shopping. Definitely will stop by again when I am in need of more supplies

Came to get some supplies for the boyfriend. Was recommended by someone who bought from them before. Didn’t come in expecting much since it was a new store. Honestly the only reason I came was because this was the cheapest place around my area. To my surprise their customer service was great. The gentleman who greeted me patiently explained everything to me, being someone who don’t have a clue about hydroponics lol. Gave me really good recommendations about which supplies I need, and even show me how everything works. Thanks guys for saving me all those trouble of trying to figure everything out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who grows.
