Love the Drs. and the courteous staff. They are patient, Knowledgeable and worked with my insurance and out of pocket cost. Definitely recommend Pico Optometrist to friends and family.

My family and I love Dr. Liza Dimaranan. She is a great Dr. And she really cares about her patients. We have being going to Pico Rivera Optometric Center for about 6 years. They have a great selection of glasses and sun glasses. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are great.

I used to go there. I made an appointment because I was running low on contacts and needed a new prescription. I asked the front office assistance for a sample pair until my appointment and was told very rudely«No». Most Optometrists offer the same services so the office staff can make or break the experience. Office staff was rude and mean. I went to another Optometrist and had a much better experience. Never going back there again.

The services here exceeded my expectations. Dr. Liza Dimaranan is one of the best Optometrists I’ve ever met. Her personality and commitment to helping people take care of their eyes showed me how I would use her services again. Last week, I invited Dr. Dimaranan to come out to one of the Parent Child Workshops at Rivera Library. There were over 15 families there and she went to each parent giving useful information about free government programs and also how eye exams need to be given as young as 6 months old! A lot of parents did not know that. At the end of the program, many parents wrote in the evaluation sheet how Thankful they were for Dr. Dimaranan’s useful information. Dr. Dimaranan exams everyone, but she has a wonderful gift for working with young children. If you have young children, this is the best place to go to get your child’s eyes checked!

What I love about Unilocal is that i’m able to let horrible service be known to the public. My husband got a scratch on his lenses, so we took then in for warranty repairs. His glasses were not returned back to him for over a month because, as informed by one of the assistants, they remained in the back office for a long time without ever being shipped to the lab. If you wear glasses, you’d know how miserable it is to be without them for a month. No apologies from the staff, just excuses. I’d wish this serviced on no one. Best wishes to those who end up dealing with this unprofessional group.
