This place never fails. The ARRACHERA, which is what known as carne asada is always marinated just right. Thin enough to soak up the marinade but thick enough to not constantly be flipping over. Totally recommend this place.

After having hit up Carniceria Los Primos and not finding unprepared skirt steak I was thrilled when I arrived here and found my steak of preference. Between that, the beer options, and fresh produce, I was happy. The place was not very tidy and a little cluttered. It was the kind of place that they do Santeria in the back. Ok, so I exaggerate a bit! All in all, I would come back here in the pinch. After just having grilled up the meat I marinated, the meat was perfect. I mean it could be that I am an amazing cook, just sayin!

If you want Homemade Guacamole you need to try there you’ll never go any were else, because there is thick and rich, not water down, and fresh made daily, also there Salsa is made fresh there Meat is Great for at Great Grilling out doors, we make the drive to load up for our UCLA tailgating at the Rose Bowl. Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers i was able to find this place. I went on Labor day and when i walked in I was a bit skeptical, I dont know if the coolers had been down or if there was an issue but when I ordered my meat the guy pulled it out of a bucket. I thought to myself hey how bad can it be. Needless to say I took it home cooked the food and it was like that guy pulled out a magic trick. The Carne asada was so tender and juicy and the chicken was wonderful. The Salsa and Guac like eveyone else said was stupendous. Looks like i will be coming back for more of that «Bucket Meat».

The only time I come to this area is when my fiancé and I visit his family. So when they have their bbq’s we always come to the carniceria to pick up the meat. Carne asada and chicken mmmm so good! And the salsa and guacamole SO yummy! It’s too bad we don’t have a place like this where we live.

Their salsa and guacamole are amazing, and by far the best and spiciest I’ve seen for sale around these parts.
We use their salsa on EVERYTHING from tamales to scrambled eggs.
Becareful, it’s fresh with no preservatives so it doesn’t always last too long.
