I lived here for a year (lease). Once it was up I ran!
80% of your deposit goes to cleaning management is responsible for, deposits are to be used for unpaid rent, damages or cleaning (outside of normal wear). I left my unit in the SAME condition if not cleaner than it was given to me. I cooked maybe 5xs in the unit. They docked me for a new vent!
The floor is caving in. The common walkway will give. I asked management if it was safe. They said it was cosmetic. What happened to the building on Whittier Blvd and Paramount will happen here.
In a bind the a building will get you out but be prepared to lose your money, be frustrated with management. The management owes me a call to this day no call. Voicemail after voicemail. No regard for tenants.

Meh. It’s not too to shabby, yeah the neighbors aren’t really great and the managers pretty much act like they do not take into consideration our questions and concerns, but it’s probably cause they have to deal with ding bats for tenants. Well, you get what you pay for! It’s cool if you pay month by month, but I do not recommend a year lease, it’s worth paying a little extra for a nicer place ;)

This place is disgusting I went to go see it today and as soon as you walk in it smells like raid! So i looked around and saw nothing but dead roaches. Everywhere! As i was walking back to give the tenant the keys i saw one of maintenance workers and asked him if all the rooms had roaches and he said every single one had roaches especially the one that they are cleaning (which is the one they were going to rent to me) so i told the tenant that they had roaches everywhere and she said she knew that they get an exterminator every 2 months. THEY HAVE TO GET AN EXTERMINATOR EVERY 2 MONTHS!!! DAMN roaches never seem to leave im assuming lol. I even saw dead roaches in the office and outside the apartment walking to my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND ALL ALL ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A BABY LIKE ME. I left that place itchy. Ekkkkk

This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The plumbing here is horrible. The sink backs up and spills on to the floor while I’m not using it. A horrible bubbly noise always occur before the sink releases a horrific smell that will make you gag. The tenants are unruly so the cops are always busting to arrest people. Also, there are fire code violations. I got electrocuted by my stove while cooking. I don’t recommend any one to live here even thought it is cheap to live here.
