I find this company quite frustrating to deal with. They do not take credit cards, they can be difficult to communicate with, making a reservation with them can be rather time consuming even though I have them driving my mother to one of only three different addresses. .. each time it’s as if they’re taking the information down (in writing) for the first time.
Sadly, I have not found anyone better. .. they all make you wait around for a rather long time on the pick ups at doctor’s appointments and each and they all make mistakes on the pick ups once in awhile. Maybe I should start my own company and show the folks how it should be done! :)
