An update for anyone who has loved Village Crêpe. They announced that they will be closing their doors March 1. If you haven’t been there before, go to Pickerington’s best restaurant before they’re gone. If you have been there before, go one more time to show your appreciation. Village Crêpe, you will be missed.

Stopped in today and instantly fell in love. The restaurant is super cute and modern. It was hard to pick what to order, everything on the menu sounded amazing! I got the hazelnut banana crêpe and it was extremely delicious. I also had an omelet which was extremely tasty! We did not have a long wait and the service was great. The aroma of the restaurant was sweet and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Our group can’t wait to go back!

My husband loves breakfast, and has recently had a fondess for crepes… so a brisk, rainy October morning felt appropriate for tea and crepes. This location and building is, to quote Bryant M, adorable! And that’s kinda where it stops for me. The order consisted of french toast, cheddar cheese grits, two over medium eggs, rye toast, potato pancakes, and early grey and another tea. My husband said the french toast was great — I am not a fan, so I didn’t taste it. The eggs were eggs, nothing special, but still good. The potato pancakes were the best part of the meal, very flavorful. The grits were ok; they were dry, but were much better with extra salt. The tea left a lot to be desired. Although presented in a cute pot and very aromatic, wasn’t very flavorful. Although I was able to get full, I don’t think I’d go out of my way to make a return stop. Take this with a grain of salt, neither my husband or myself eat meat, so they may have excellent options for you(if you’re a meat eater).

Yummy! Was staying at a friends in Pickerington(which is in the middle of no where practically…) and this gem popped up when searching for nearby brunch! The location is in the middle of a slightly 50’s looking intersection with quaint buildings. Food was good! Crepes, quiches, grits, and potatoes cakes were ordered(check out the photos!). I do have to mention though that the quiches were spread very thin, so they were not very fluffy and moist like I was expecting. Also, they could have done with a little more seasoning — I immediately added salt and hot sauce after the first bite.

Wow, this is the best brunch I had had in a LONG time! I was so impressed with everything from the quaint ambiance, to the unique and traditional menu items, to the super fresh ingredients used in the food. Even the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food received! First of all, I really appreciate the fact that they use a good quality locally and fresh roasted coffee blend. This is something you really don’t see at many breakfast/brunch places, and I really appreciate that. It was just another small piece that made me feel like I was being transported to a charming European café! I ordered the«Make Your Own Fritatta». You can literally choose whatever meats, cheeses, and veggies, with no limit! For $ 9 a frittata, that is quite a deal! I chose sausage, romano, mushrooms, scallions, and topped my frittata with ricotta. All of the omelets and frittatas come with your choose of fruit, potato cake, or toast with fresh preserves. I went with sourdough toast with fresh peach preserves, and it was so divine! I loved all of my food, and the fresh ingredients really stood out! My husband got the«Make Your Own Savory Crepes». He choose a really great combination of bacon, gruyère, sun dried tomatoes, spinach. I tried a bite, and will definitely be trying this combo in the future. We also got one of the sweet crepes to go. It was one of the specials for the weekend, with espresso/chocolate/raspberry. They were light and flavorful! I was not only impressed by the food, but also by the service. Our server was very attentive and friendly, and refilled our drinks often. She made us feel at home, and you could tell that she knew a great deal about the products and loves the restaurant just as much as the guests do. This is one of the places everyone must try when in the Columbus/Pickerington area. You will definitely not be disappointed!
