I am mildly annoyed by «some» of the teenage workers at times, but otherwise I always shop hear, and have never had a bad experience.

My favorite Kroger by far! You can find everything you need. The only bad thing is that some of the teenage employees are clearly avoiding doing their jobs but unfortunately you’ll have that anywhere.

I’ve always been a Kroger shopper. Transitioning from a regular Kroger to a Marketplace has just expanded the variety and physical size of the shopping space. There are always a decent amount of cashier stations open, the many times I’ve shopped here. The lines move fairly smooth. There’s always the staples; however, at the MP, there’s a bit more variety, not to mention quantity. For example, there is more in the Organic Foods section. I like how that area is completely separate from the normal aisles. Last, I’ve always gone to Kroger for gas. So I’m happy that my points go toward putting around columbus :)

Krogers… Ahhh my home away from home. I am here at least once every other day. I know the isles and their flirty layouts, and I’m starting to understand how to find the deals. It’s always so welcoming with fresh cut flowers and produce. None have which have ever disappointed, in taste or price. The meats cam be a bit pricey but you tend to get what you pay for. Get to know the butchers because you can ask them for cuts and they will usually get ya a good one with a few compliments under your belt. Beyond the butchers and bakers is by our typical grocery story followed by a small furniture /Houseware /décor isles. Pretty much empty and useless but fun to browse sometimes… I’ve always found what I’ve been looking for, the place is clean and lines move super fast. The rewards program is kinda sexy and their is a gas station right the gate. I’ve heard good things about the Starbucks but I find the stuff they sell in the isles taste much better at home and is much cheaper. I recommend over the other local options. There is another krogers right at the other end of Refugee on Brice as well. It’s a bit more humble but still the same deals and often faster service. As with all grocery stores… Avoid customer service at all cost because it’s soooooo slow.

This is only about the pharmacy! Is there a review rating less than 1 star? They caused me to almost lose my wonderful specialist and has caused strife with the nurse for a mistake they won’t admit to but I have found out it was their fault. This almost cost me having my specialist that I adore, it almost cost me my surgery, our hope and our dreams, cost a half day of work, cost gas for a visit to try and make things right, cost copays, cost two days of unnecessary stress for my my spouse and family who I confided in. Cost 7 hours of tears that I shed. Not only did this mistake cause this. They also refused to get preauthorizations for the meds an I had to pay out of pocket because of it. Also took 48 hours to fill the script. The old man pharmacist treated me horrible on the phone and again didn’t run my script through insurance and I had to wait yet again to try and get them to do so cause I pay for insurance coverage that they aren’t using and he is expecting me to be able to tell him if it’s gonna be covered. That’s not my job. Your the pharmacist do your job. If it needs preauthorization he told me I had to take care of that. No that’s not my job. I am not the person who fills prescriptions and runs it through the insurance you do. I have to have surgery and I can’t have pain meds to take 24 – 48 hours to be filled and I can’t fight for my meds and for them to make insurance pay. I’ve never seen such a joke of a pharmacy in my life. I now know for sure that I’m taking my business elsewhere for my pharmacy needs. The rest of the store is amazing. My life is too important and I can’t take a chance on their lack of education and work ethics. The old man also said my doctor is giving me experimental doses of meds and had me scared to tears. I cried at the pharmacy counter he scared me and I had to have this in me within and hour and my doctors office was closer. Thanks to the internet this was not an experimental dose in fact there is a dose double what I was given that is normal dosages. I do not trust this pharmacy with my life. All our scripts takes 2 – 48 hours to be filled and then it still may have to be redone like mine. And the old man didn’t act like me giving over 4 hours was enough time when he snapped my head off that they need time. Also told three different people I was canceling my one script and the old man snapped at me about not picking that up. They haven’t done anything right. I’m so mad at this place for all the hurt they have caused and loss of time and money and relationship.

Been going to the various Krogers in central Ohio my whole life. Always a good value and friendly staff. But yesterday, I left my iPad(I have a «grocery list» ap on it) in my shopping cart which I had pushed into the corral. When i got home, I realized what i had done. OMG, I really never considered how much data, and how much I depended on my iPad on a day to day level! Thoughts ran through my head on how my life would be negatively impacted if my iPad was gone, or worse, fallen into the wrong hands. I raced back to find the coral had been emptied. I ran inside to inquire about it, and to my great relief, the girl working the front counter said, «Yes, we have it.». The relief that poured through my body almost overwhelmed me as she handed my life line back to me. I then asked her who turned it in, and she said one of the boys who was gathering the carts. I asked to see him. «Tim» was a young high-schooler, and like anybody else, could have«stashed/took» the iPad with nobody ever knowing the wiser. I thanked Tim, and forced a $ 10 bill on him, which he reluctantly took. I also called the store manager to give Tim an «atta-boy». Its nice, in this day and age, to see this kind of thoughtfulness and honestly in our youth. Good job Tim, and good job Kroger!

I like this Kroger store. I think the workers are friendly, the store is clean, and it is always well stocked. The only area that could use some improvement, is the pharmacy. They are very slow at filling prescriptions.

It’s Kroger. Everyone thought this store would be 924793 times better once it became a Marketplace. So now it’s just a mediocore store with Starbucks & a big homegoods selection. I’m annoyed that they’ve broken up a lot of the cold food sections and embedded them into the aisles. When I’m looking for refrigerated pudding, I go to the cold cases in the back. Many stores have mini cold cases throughout the aisles but they still always have the products also where they normally are. All that walking around and I still didn’t find the pudding I wanted. Boo. The nice young man at the inside Starbucks did make me a superb cup of hot chocolate, though.
