Love your sandwiches but this location is run by a bunch of rude kids. If your to go bags and napkins are «self-​serve» perhaps take them out from behind the counter. This might help with your staff’s rude remarks and customer confusion.

Can I just say, I love this location! Great service, always get the orders right, but their delivery is anything but freaky fast. I’ve had fast delivery from jimmy Johns. And considering this one is just down the street, the delivery time was called into question. But if the food was right, that’s not really important to me.

Oir favorite sub shop. The service is always SUPER fast. My subs have always been made right and usually before I have time to pay and fill my drink. Check out the optional free toppings. I love the tuna with added sprouts, cucumber, and onion. The jalapeño chips are pretty tasty, too.

Friend of mine told me how good the sandwiches were so wanted to give them a try. I’m a real fan of Subway, this did not change my mind. The service was freaky fast. The sandwich was freaky boring. Nothing that I couldn’t make at home. The bread was just Ok. It was fresh, and toppings were also fresh, but still not up to the level of Subways bread and toppings.
They do not deliver to my neighborhood, they only offer one kind of bread and do not toast or heat the sandwich. Ii see no reason to return.

I have eaten at many Jimmy John’s and have always been impressed with how fresh everything was until I ate at the Pickerington Jimmy John’s. The bread was so stale I couldn’t even bite into it. The tomatoes were mushy and the lettuce was dark green and slimy. This is the second time I have been there and the second time I have been burned. I threw them away they were so bad. 14 bucks I won’t get back. Called for the manager and the girl who answered yelled «who wants to be the manager». Fool me once, you know, twice I am just an idiot to ever go back. Too bad as they are a great franchise.

This Jimmy Johns is great however ordering from the website is misleading to those not real familiar with the menu. But that’s corporates fault and corporate expects corporate fault problems to be reimbursed by the franchisee which isn’t right. And I wouldn’t expect.

This is the first Jimmy Johns I’ve ever had and I love it! The subs are definitely filling and delicious. I always go in and order but they do have «freaky fast» delivery! It’s safe to say that this is my go to when I want a sub.

Very glad you all decided to find a place in Pickerington! We used to drive to the one downtown so when I saw the sign I was elated. My husband loves the Pepe and I usually get the Vito. Meat and condiments are always fresh. Love the crisp shredded lettuce and your Italian dressing is great! Hope Pickerington embraces you!!!
