Disgusting. I ordered two burgers. One was the rodeo burger. The other was a bacon cheeseburger. OMG are you kidding me. Burgers were burned and looked like old leather and cold. I also got fries. Cold and rubbery. Unfortunately I did not open bag and check before leaving. Now I see their one rating. WHY do I not check UnilocalPRIOR to dining some times! This is the worst meal I have ever had and I am by no means exaggerating. Please read all these reviews on Unilocal and stay away!

Wife went through the drive thru about 6pm, I work 3rd shift so she was bringing me home dinner. She ordered a Double Whopper with cheese, lg fri and a coke. Brought it home, was a single whopper, plain, cheese only, lg fri and a coke. Receipt on bag had the correct order on it but wrong order in the bag. Mistakes happen so I drove back, walked in and the young girl at the counter asked if she could help me. I gave her the receipt and told her that is what we ordered and this is what we got, and handed her the plain, single whopper w/cheese. She didn’t even look to see what it was, she looked at the receipt and said to me, «you want another double whopper with cheese», I said no, I just want the one we ordered and paid for. She said ok, turned to the guy making burgers and ordered it. I stood there while he made it. She was just going to give me the whopper so I told her I needed a new fri and coke to because they had been sitting for about 20 minutes now. While waiting either the Manager or person in charge walked up and asked if there was an issue, I told him there was, he asked if it was being delt with, I said yes and he turned and walked off, he really couldn’t care what the issue was or intested in trying to resolve the issue. I was handed my order and drove home only to find there was no cheese on the whopper. The issue is only partly that the original order was wrong, which was possibly a reading problem or the fact that someone had a plain single whopper in their hand and placed it into a bag with a receipt taped to it that showed a double whopper and there is a noticeable size difference, it’s mainly the fact that they could really care less that I had to drive back there to get the order corrected, and that no one said sorry or even checked to see what I had actually gotten that was wrong. The manager seemed very uninterested so I’m sure that’s why the employees were uninterested. To the person that got the double whopper with cheese when you ordered the plain whopper with cheese, I would like to say sorry for the mistake because the employees at Burger King in Pickerington Ohio on Hill Rd could care less.

I want to report that another bad experience at the Pickerington Burger King went in for breakfast and there was a huge line the girl at the counter was new and having trouble taking every single order the manager was yelling at the poor Mexican the back trying to give them instructions the drive-through is backed up five cars deep. Do not come here unless you have a lot of time to kill

This is always the slowest restaurant. From greeting cars in the drive thru to give you the order(which is usually incorrect), I’m amazed that this location is still open. It’s obvious the employees could care less from their attitudes to the poor quality of the already low quality food. I created my Unilocal account, and wrote this entire review while waiting for my food in the drive-thru.

Unbelievably slow service from the least friendly fast food workers in Pickerington! Wrong orders, surly employees, cold food– Urgh. mgmt LOUDLY chewed out an employee last time were there.

It’s been years since my last taste of BK. This time round, I ordered the well-known fish sandwich combo. I was quite surprised when I layer out my items on a napkin: BK has changed their fries :(they no longer have a crispy-on-the-outside, great tasting formula. The cuts are thicker(not too much of a boo!), and have lost the quality taste I remember. The sandwich? Not delightful at all :(First I should explain how I ordered it: fish patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and LITE mayo. The sandwich came with enough mayo on it to power a small law mower. It took me a few minutes to wipe it all off. The taste of the fish was very«fishy». You know, like a cheap frozen flipper that’s spent it’s better days in a Walmart freezer aisle. I shall go back to simply eyeing this joint, while driving by in my car… And not stop in.

So today I decided to go with my family to this Burger King. BIG mistake. They took our order and told us to take a seat, claming that they’d bring our order out. The cashier did this procedure with several people. After waiting 15 minutes+, we had to go up and ask about our order. The cashier claims she told someone else to bring it out, AND they didn’t even have it ready nor know what we order. REALLY?! The food was cold, and was not good at all. Sorry, I’m filing a complaint with Burger King. Consistantly bad service at this Burger King. AVOIDATALLCOSTS!
