This«mom and pop» pizza place has become a tradition the last 3 years when my school’s basketball teams travel to Valley Forge University for their annual tournament. Definitely a no-frills restaurant, but the food is great and prices are unusually low. Check it out if you’re ever in the area!

Have tried many others’ pizza in and around town and still consider Rocco’s among the best in the area. Flavorful, crust had nice tooth.

Best pizza in the area. And the people that run it are very nice. On Mondays pizzas are $ 5. What a deal

There traditional pizza is excellent and there Sicilian pie is the best in the town of Phoenixville. We get take out from here every other week. It’s been years since there pizza hasn’t been consistently delicious.

Phoenixville’s classic pizza place. Their plain pizza is a nice go-to but I recommend the Jersey Shore pizza if you like a sweeter pizza sauce! The people are friendly and familiar.

Always a great place for authentic Italian food. These guys do a great job on both food and service. We are in the area a lot and so we always stop by for lunch or dinner when available. Everything is excellent. Great pizza too.

Oh, I love this place. Like a neighborhood joint you always feel welcome and comfortable in. Rocco knows what he’s doing.(That’s the guy’s name who owns the place.) Very simple décor — you don’t come there to look at the curtains. You come there for food, well cooked and prepared, and the experience of going to a place that puts food ANDYOURENJOYMENTOFIT high on the list. Case in point — I finished a couple large slices of pizza and had the crusts left over. Rocco saw that and immediately brought me a cup of sauce to finish them with. Amazing. Never had that — except at somebody’s house. Definitely feel like Rocco grew up in a house with a mother that said, «Eat, eat.» Thing is, he’s in great shape. Knows how to keep himself fit. Wife is a looker, too. You order at the counter and you sit down. Get a drink at the fountain. They’ll bring over your food. Feels like you’re next to the kitchen and they just made this up for you. Marvelous attitude about food and eating. I normally put too much away when I go here,(and I live out of town,) but I truly enjoy spending time here watching a hockey game and having a hoagie. The pizza is good, but not great. No complaints, but the crust is a tad stiff. Sauce and cheese are fine, so you get a great meal. THAT’S the point. Not a connoisseurs delight, but it will get the job done and you’ll feel great about the visit. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED. GOROCCO!

Was in the area for the annual Sly Fox goat races(good times, highly recommend going there next year!), but the actual restaurant had over an hour wait for dinner. And drunk lauren does not wait an hour for dinner! Rocco’s is in a shopping center catty corner(hate using this ridiculous phrase) from Sly Fox. Simple pizza menu with the good basics. Regular pizza, slightly gourmet pizza, hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, and pasta. I ordered the eggplant parm hoagie for 6.99. This thing was huge! Would easily stagger a grown man for dinner, or fill two meals for many women. The eggplant itself was homemade and very good. My man got a steak stromboli. I think it was a small, but was also gigantic. We split an order of cheese fries that was all right, but the fries were clearly out of a bag. They tasted fine, hot and crispy, but if you’re all about gourmet fries these are definitely a skip. I really enjoyed this place. The service is all counter service, but they bring food to the table if you dine in. The guy at the counter was cool and helpful. Someone else brought out our food, and even came back to see if we needed boxes. Doesn’t sound like a lot of service, but for a place where no one works for tips everyone was very nice and cool. Two meals, two boxes of leftovers, and two drinks were 20 bucks for two people. I would never drive the 30 minutes it takes for us to get there just for a meal, but if I was in the area I would definitely come back!

Just found Rocco’s this past weekend and I think it’s my new go-to pizza place. I had the upside down pizza(cheese on bottom, sauce on top) and it is probably the best pie in Phoenixville. The service is super friendly and it’s very easy to get to. I look forward to trying more of the pizzas!

They have the best cheesesteaks, burgers and antipasto salads! Their hot dogs wrapped in cheese and dough and Chicken crodon bleu sandwiches are banging too.

Whenever I am in the mood for a pizza, this is the place I go to. Reasonably priced, timely delivery, and the most tasty pizza in the area. Unfortunately because their pizza is so good, I cannot speak to any of the other entrees on the menu. I always fall back to their pizza. But my good friend, whose taste is almost as impeccable as mine is, swears by their sandwiches and subs. If there is one negative I see, it is that they do not offer a large number of side items. That part of the menu is a bit sparse. But in terms of the quality of their pizza, Rocco’s dominates.

My partner and I visit Rocco’s frequently, and I consider this the best pizza shop in Phoenixville. Though I don’t find the ‘pizza” itself to be exceptional. In fact i haven’t found any pizza in the Phoenixville area I would rate as «execptional» However, I would rate Rocco’s cold sandwiches as «exceptional» They use Boar’s Head meats, which is simply the best deli meats you can buy. And it makes a huge difference on a hoagie or club. Their pasta dishes are also fantastic. I recommend Rocco’s as a top choice for take out in Phoenixville.

This is my de facto pizza joint, despite the fact that they don’t deliver. Even in these days of butt-poking gas prices, I don’t mind driving to get my fix of white pizza with tomatoes and broccoli. It’s far beyond competent. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it’s number one on my large plate of pizza joints in the area. We usually do take-out, but the dining room with faux brick and Philly scenes on the wall is a nice place to grab a slice or a plate of ziti on a cold day.

My husband laughs at me all the time, because I am a certified pizza snob. Growing up in New York and frequently going back to visit, I am extremely picky about my pizza. My husband? He’d eat a picture of pizza on a cardboard box and it would be good to him. Me? I’m on the everlasting quest(that will probably last for the rest of my life) to find New York quality pizza in any area that I happen to be living in. Rocco’s was alright. I mean, it’ll do in a pinch, but honestly, even my husband wasn’t that impressed and well, see above regarding the whole picture of pizza on the cardboard box thing. I found it amusing that they’re all Italian and calling all the ladies«sweetheart and«beb.» It reminded me of the skit from SNL with Jason Sudeikis and Kristen Wiig«two A-holes.» Anyway, It’s ok, but take this review coming from an absolute pizza snob.

Don’t confuse Rocco’s for just another local pizzeria. Not only does Rocco’s have white pizza that people drive from Pihlly to get, but their homemade pastas are restaurant quality. Best choices are pasta Alla Rocco and pasta Portofino.

This place has some of the best pizza in the area. Nothing fancy or complicated, just fresh and high-quality ingredients, a nice crust on the Neapolitans, very tasty red sauce, good prices, friendly service, and slow pick-up times(to me, that’s a good sign). Always busy. No reservations. They have sit-down service, but the interior is short on ambience unless you like hockey posters. About $ 10 for a large cheese pie. They also have calzones, Tomato Pies, and so forth, which I’ve never tried. They have an online menu at ( ).
