Front office staff is great, Dr Weng is very rude and immediately treats people like drug addicts and criminals. I went with my friend who suffers migraines (among other things) to see him, an appointment was made for us and we had no idea he was a pain doctor or why we were seeing him so it was startling and uncomfortable that the first thing he did was pull down my friends lip to look at his teeth like he was a pony at auction. The first question he asked was what medication he wanted. Every subsequent visit he said my friend looked «strung out». If you can’t tell the difference between a person who is sick and in pain and one on drugs maybe you should reconsider your career! We were desperate for help at that point, this clinic kept refusing a referral to a neurologist, so we went to all the appointments they had scheduled and did the tests. We finally just went to a neurologist ourselves and had that office shake down this clinic for a referral. And finally got a diagnosis and treatment. All this place did for my friend was treat him rudely and deny him any actual healthcare for months, resulting in unnecessary suffering. They keep calling but my friend refuses to talk to them or go back because they have completely destroyed his trust, not only in them but in doctors in general. I’m acting as his caregiver and this has made things difficult for me, since his neurologist obviously cant take care of everything. I would give this place more stars, but no one goes to a clinic for the pleasant front staff.
