Stay away from this pharmacy. They’ve lost multiple scripts and have terrible customer service. The last time I was in, they denied filling a prescription for an anti-​anxiety pill because I also have them fill prescriptions for my migraines. The pharmacists told me I’d need to take the script somewhere else which is basically asking me to pill hop! The anti-​anxiety script was for FOUR (4) tablets in a month! The pharmacist even went so far as to ask me what they were for — isn’t that a conversation I have with the qualified prescribing doctors, not my pharmacist?
Walgreens has numerous lawsuits pending and settled based upon improper prescription filling. Their new «good faith policy» is an egregious attempt at curbing reckless practices of a few stores that hurt the majority of good people who just need their prescriptions.
Take your business to CVS just a block away. They’re efficient, friendly and affordable.

The pharmacy service is so bad. I don’t know how they function. It’s almost unfathomable to consider the number of times their incompetence gave me unnecessary hassle. It’s not just one… It’s the majority of workers. Specific problems: failed twice to process script requests when made in person. They couldn’t find scripts on four different occasions… Until I went in person and they ‘found’ it in the computer when I insisted they double-​check. Their response? «Stay well»

Worst experience ever. Came to counter and gave my prescription to the lady at counter. Was only one in line and she estimated that the order would be ready in 40min. The order was for simply Tylenol. Then, 1hr later I came back via drive through and the order was still not filled. She told me it would be another 20 minutes. I came back 30min later –again, giving them additional time– and was told that they need another 20min.
This was absolutely ridiculous. This Walgreens can not fill a simple Tylenol prescription in over 2hrs on a Monday afternoon with no one in line.

I needed some money and I happened to drove-​by and saw a Chase logo inside the store, went in and got my money. Happy to see Walgreens and Chases partnered up for portable ATM.

Dominique, the pharmacist, is completely rude! She cut me off as I was talking, she had short clipped fast answers, completely not understandable when speaking. I had a question about a prescription that she rudely asked if it was a «yes» or «no» answer. She clearly does not to need work in an environment that patients will have questions because she has no patience or manners! I hope she has had better days because she will not get anywhere with that tone of voice or attitude towards patrons!

If I could pick up all of J’s Rx for him (some of then you need a photo id for), I totally would have him transfer all his meds to the Scottsdale and Osborn Walgreens by my work. This Walgreens pharmacy sucks that much!

I love Walgreens because it is always open and almost always has what you need; maybe not everything you can think of, but everything you actually NEED.
This particular location gets a bonus star for Van Morrison’s moondance playing over the PA system and for carrying a line of candy that claimed to be healthy :) And it had the couple of sundries I actually needed to pick up, too!
Extra bonus star for a smiling and friendly cashier — not always the norm for Walgreens back home.

Pharmacy staff and service are terrible. Slow and rude. I transferred my prescript else where after waiting 45 min to be counseled on a script I’ve been taking for 8 years! So not necessary…

Okay, I hate Walgreen’s because of their stance on dispensing drugs (if the pharmacist has some religious objection to your birth control, he can refuse to dispense it. That’s CRAP).
But, they’re the only ones that carry the one brand of hosiery that doesn’t make me stabby. So, fine. I have to go here every other week.
