Voss Team

We have recently been in the market for an investment property and Gina Marcelli-​Munk is always our go-​to person. We met her several years ago during an open house at a house, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out of our price range (although we did not know it at the time). What really impressed us at the time with Gina, was that she was so professional and did not make us feel different due to the fact that the house we looked at was so expensive. After asking us what we were looking for, she promptly began sending us properties that were EXACTLY tailored to what we were looking for (which was unlike other realtors we had worked with).
Several years later, we have continued to use Gina (as we are doing right now) and she is consistently on it. She is on-​time, works around your schedule even when we are the jerks having her show homes on a Sunday. Gina never complains, is a pitbull when advocating for her clients, will send you whatever info she can pull on a property, and always has a smile on her fave. She is part of the Voss Team and partners with Roberta Voss. They both support each other in the business and if needed, Roberta will be there for us if Gina can’t during that day. Gina has proven to be an amazing real-​estate agent.
