We lived here as renters for 1 year and could not wait for our lease to be up. The community is made up of a lot of middle aged people living back in high school… they think they’re «cool» and if you’re «in» with them (I cringe when I write this because they are such desperate losers) they might invite you to the pool on Sunday… oh wait the pool is open to all residents though…
Anyways if you were never popular in high school and are hoping to be accepted by a bunch of morons then I highly recommend moving here :). We didn’t put up with their BS so we were on the not cool list ;). Basically we have lives outside of the Villas at Stonecreek which is frowned upon :)
If you crave drama then you will love it here.

Love this place. Have been an owner here 5 years. Beautiful community pool and spa that’s heated year round. community gym and clubhouse. What more could you want? I’m here to stay.

This place is nothing like the other review. Sounds like a disgruntled person. I visit here a few times a year from Australia and find it very quiet. Pool area is resort like and place is kept immaculate. I’d much rather a HOA that is strict and keeps a place immaculate than not caring. If your thinking of buying here or renting do so as it is a fantastic quiet place. It’s close to everything and if you like golf has a entry direct to Stonecreek Golf Course
