The owner and staff here were great. They went beyond customer service to offer fantastic and informative assistance. If any problems came up, they were quickly and easily resolved. Their helpful hands and guidance surely made our moving day less hectic and affordable.

Super friendly and helpful! I had never rented a UHaul on my own before and didn’t really know what to expect or what the process was. The man behind the front desk (pretty sure his name was Dave) was so helpful. He politely offered extra services, but wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressure me to buy things I didn’t want. He didn’t treat me like an idiot for not knowing what the heck I was doing and was extremely informative. He walked me through everything I needed to know and the whole transaction was speedy and simple. Excellent customer service! It was really refreshing to receive such great service and I would highly recommend.

Very friendly customer service and decent pricing. I bought an apartment movers box set. They only had two in stock and had offered to hold one in the back for me. I knew the weekend was approaching and was worried they might sell out. Also, the clerk who rang me up carried the box set and loaded my car for me. It was very helpful to this stressed out mover. Thanks U-​Haul.
