This bar sucks! Bar staff are unprofessional and don’t know how to make drinks. They try to overcharge everyone, beware if you open a tab! The place is nasty and the staff suck. Do not waist your time or money. The ugly manager walks around with his nasty ass hanging out of his pants, not at all cute.
The worst gay bar in Arizona! Definitely giving the gay community in Arizona a bad reputation.

Definitely a turn for the worse after Ice Picks. Last night was the first time I’d been to the bar as Twisted Peacock. The first thing I noticed was that, except for their obvious regulars and friends of the «strippers», they really didn’t have any patrons. When ordering a drink, it took me repeating the 3 drink order about four times. My friend and I ordered draft beers, and my partner, his usual bottle of corona, no lime. The corona was fine, but the draft beers had a horrid smell to it, as if the taps or the draft lines hadn’t been cleaned. When I took the drink up to get a bottle, the bartenders argued with me, saying the tap was cleaned last week, and the beer was fine. Finally, I got my bottle (that I had to pay for).
The strip show was supposed to start at 10:30. 10:45 came around, still no dancers. 11:00, empty stage. While we were waiting about ten patrons pocketed their tip, and walked out. When the bartender was asked about it, his only response was «Nobody walks out on dance night!» Well, they did. Ten tippers, who would continue to buy drinks, and they just walked out.
Finally, on came the performers at 11:10. I couldn’t help but laugh at these guys. Shimmy the pole for a minute, walk up and down the stage, strike three minutes of poses for the bartender with a phone camera. The dancers were more concerned about entertaining the camera, than they were there tippers. Only one dancer seemed to somewhat know what he was doing. He visited every table, and every person at the tables. Then, he ended his dance on the pole. He got my tip.
I’m not sure who runs this place, but the kids behind the bar, and one dancer in particular seemed to think it was them. They are arrogant, and make you feel as though you’re in their house and must conform to what they want.
I will not be returning until this bar is under new management. An event I feel will happen in the not-​too-​distant future if these antics continue.

The drinks were good, the bar top was sooooo filthy. Multiple rolled up bar rags on the bar but they were never used. I’ll come back if they clean up their act a bit.

Saturday nights here are so much fun!!! great mix of music and people. great drink specials and if you can’t have fun with these bartenders, you should probably check your pulse. Jamel behind the bar might be the friendliest and most fun bartender on the planet.

and to the reviewer talking about the 2 for 1 sign, it’s a joke, a novelty. I have seen the same exact sign in many bars. happy hour pricing is as advertised.

Had a chance to visit with some friends! LOVED THIS PLACE! Music was great! Service was great! Fast, friendly and with smiles! Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere was fun and light hearted! LOTS of laughs coming from behind the bar which meant that the staff was having a great time as well. I’ve bartended for many years and I feel that if the staff is having a great time it changes the whole atmosphere! Great job of making everyone feel welcome twisted staff!
If you are thinking about going STOP THINKING and go! A good time was had by all in our group… and we were an eclectic mix of people!!!

Love this place. I especially like the way the dance floor is set up and there is plenty of room to move around. People are friendly and I always end up meeting someone new there.

I have been here several times on a Saturday night and it keeps getting better! I am shocked by the comments about the bartenders, because I have always found them to be beyond friendly and quick with a drink. They keep the bar clean and always have someone running around the floor to pick up empty glasses and make sure everyone is having a fun time. The prices are great and the drinks strong. I wish they would change the door on the women’s bathroom, but other than that I really like this place.

This place is a blast, especially Saturday nights for their weekly Addiction dance night which consists of dark, classic alt 80’s-90’s plus newer music in the same vein. The djs play great stuff and they will take your requests as well. The staff is incredibly friendly but not obtrusive. The drinks are cheap, the patrons are varied and everyone is there to have a good time. It’s worth checking out!

Was greeted right away by friendly bar staff… he answered my question about drink specials and even persuaded me and my date to partake in a Cock Shot = Yum.
Music was awesome… Dance floor is spacious, comfortable seating, great lighting… and it’s clean. I hope to see these nights continue to thrive.

If your looking for friendly people, fun times, and tasty drinks for a good price, this is the place!
I’ve been here on Saturdays for dancing and on Sunday’s for a more laid back evening. Both nights were just what I wanted.
Jamel and all the other employees are so helpful and I’ve had delicious Martinis here!

My husband and I stopped in on a Friday night. They were having their“2 for 1″ until 9pm there were a handful of people bet most were waiting for the 10p go go boys. It cost 1150 for a beer n wine little pricey for 2−4−1 then use to. The kicker was they had a sing up saying that you are paying the price of 2 drinks to get 2^nd free. Hmmm it’s not free if I paid for it.

This place is such a bore I drank myself sober. Just like the other review, the bar tender did not know how to make our drink. One and Done.
