The Clutter House… clutter being the key word here.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a cute concept. Like someone went garage saling, picked up an array of cheap, vintage-​y items, and turned them around to make a hell of a profit. There are some new items as well as old, but like another reviewer said, you have to know what’s what, to make sure you’re getting a «find», or not really care.
The store is difficult to shop, even when there are no other patrons. It’s worth stoping by to browse if you are in the area and looking for unique home items. On another hand, a previous reviewer mentioned the No Refund policy. Yikes! Even the majority of eBay sellers offer refunds… just food for thought.

Completely adorable store! The stock is a mix of vintage finds and reproductions, so you either need to know what’s what (to make sure you’re getting a «find») or not really care (because it’s cute and $ 20 and you deserve it, and you’re not going to run all over Phoenix looking for another).
The location is where Smeeks used to be, and as a housewares-​focused neighbor to Francis, this shop is perfect. It has much the same «like Anthropologie but 12x more authentic» vibe. Nice, nice people in charge, and it’s just a fun place to be.

LOVE this store! I love to go antique shopping and this store is a MUST on my list. You can find all kinds or treasures that are one of a kind and the owners are always willing help! I love that it is family owned and love the location. It is definitely worth a visit!!!

This is one of the most unique stores I have ever been to!
Everyone was supper friendly. There is such a great mix of old and new items! What a comfy/​cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back! :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I went in here on the evening of the Art Fest. It was very crowded, as the space is small and it was a busy evening. I saw a Felix reproduction clock on the wall and asked to purchase it. To my surprise, they didn’t take it off the wall, rather had some in boxes below the register. When I got it home, I realized it was very poor quality. Cheap plastic, not worth the $ 50.00 I paid for it. A few days later, I went to return the clock and they informed me that they have a no return policy. They said it was posted by the register. I explained to the owner that it was extremely busy the evening I purchased it and did not see the return policy, nor did anyone inform me of it. I asked him to make an exception this time and, at least, allow me to pick something else out as an exchange or to issue me store credit. He refused to do so. He was rude and unwilling to compromise.
BUYER BEWARE!

Came in during the art show and was blown away at the treasures I found. Items are always changing and nothing is ever two of a kind here. If you are looking for that special certain piece for your home that no one else will also have this is the place to go!

Fantastic array of old and new, unique and obscure items for the home… great for off the wall and specialty gifts. We’ll be visiting often, have fun!
