We toured the Boulevard and loved the community and its amenities, but the staff and actual units did not wow us. The woman that worked with us did not even give us her name!
In my honest opinion, they are not worth the price. I firmly believe that you are paying for the area. The community is located right behind Bell Towne Center and I work in the center so we decided to check it out.
The units are small and standard. The kitchen is VERY small as is the dining area. The master bedroom seemed smaller than the second bedroom. The whole unit just did not feel open, even though it is considered an «open» floor plan.
Unfortunately, the amazing gym, clubhouse, pool and convenience did not win us over and we decided to go elsewhere. If you are looking for convenience, this community is for you! If you’re looking for a homey, spacious environment explore your options!
