Supercuts

I came to this location the other day with my daughter to get hair cuts. I explained that my hair was so long, thick and that it was getting too complicated to keep up with the military appearance since the bun was getting too big. I asked for a pretty basic hair cut, I would think… To cut three inches, straight across my back and to thin it out. When straightened my hair the next day, I realized that I had a lot of random chunks of hair that was longer than the actual cut. I had to have my husband cut the obvious parts until I could take some leave to get another hair cut. This is kind of the last thing I wanted to worry about. Sometimes attention to detail can go a long way.

If I could give this experience of –5 I would. I wear my hair pretty short and I went in there and showed a picture to the girl that cut my hair and told her I wanted it cut just a little bit shorter than that picture because I have to get it cut too often and before I could say anything she took clippers and went up the back of my head. Cutting it almost to my scalp. I had been explaining to her what a bad year it been. I’ve had 3 surgeries, my mom and dad both passed away and I was so looking forward to my birthday coming up that weekend because i hadn’t been out much in the last year due to medical and I had to cancel my birthday party because she basically shaved my head. I’m not a confrontational person and I was extremely upset and I did not want to cry so I just paid her and left. I called the manager to explain the whole thing to her I sent her before picture and after picture I was promised not only to get my money back but that I would hear back from the manager and that still has not happened so I will never ever go here again. Luckily i am on medical leave and don’t have to leave my house. I put a Hoodie on to walk my dog because I’m so embarassed of my hair (or lack thereof).

This is the 3^rd time I’ve been to supercuts and I always leave satisfied.
I have thick short hair and it’s a pain to maintain it. I’m very picky with who touches my hair. My hair stylists has been Claire (sorry if I misspelled the name). She is amazing! She knows how to clean up my hair without taking too much length off.
I recommend and trust her

Terrible haircut. She took only about 10 minutes to cut my hair and it looked uneven. I then told her and she said that’s just the way my hair was. Now I have to go back to get it fixed. I would never pay any amount to get my hair cut there again.

Usually take a chance with other Supercuts. but this place was clean, modern, and most importantly I got a great haircut. Darci totally listened to what I wanted and did it quickly and beautifully. Went late morning Monday. No Wait.and the best $ 15.00 haircut. Next time, plan on taking advantage of their color.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady that cut my hair. It was the fastest, better looking haircuts I have ever had. She didn’t try to make small talk, which I really appreciated. She cut my hair in about 7 minutes flat!

Went here last week to find they had TOTALLY remodeled the place. Lookin’ good Supercuts!
Again, Sara saved the day, color and cut and making me lovely to look at once again. New color dye burns a little more than the old stuff, but the color is amazing!
