Sugar Me Wax

I recently moved to Phoenix and have been looking for a new place to get sugared. I found Sugar Me Wax on Unilocal and decided to try it out because of all the great reviews and Layne completely surpassed my expectations. She is great! she is fast! and she is good at what she does! Plus she is really nice and makes you feel very comfortable! I can’t wait to go back!

Best.Wax.Ever. Seriously, not kidding. I have been getting monthly brazilians from Layne and she is hands down the best esthetician I have ever had the joy of working with. Both locations are decorated super cute, the scheduling system is a breeze, and the monthly plan is totally the way to go.
The waxing experience itself is quick and relatively painless. Hard wax is a game changer people. I felt super comfortable all throughout.

I went to Sugar Me for my first Brazilian wax. I had no idea what to expect and let me warn you, IT HURTS! But Layne did an AMAZING job! I felt so comfortable the whole time and she worked super fast.

I loved my first experience at Sugar Me Wax. I felt totally comfortable in the soothing ambiance of the salon. And when I met Layne I was even more at ease – she’s such a joy to work with. She was super friendly and understanding and works at a pace that’s comfortable for you. I’m so happy with the results.
Making an appointment was easy and they have great step by step directions on how to find the salon. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone wanting a wax, even people who have never waxed before! I can’t wait to visit their new Scottsdale location!

The girl was very nice and professional. I got my entire face waxed, it didn’t take quite the hour only about 25 minutes. The office is extremely nice and I would go back again.

Layne is awesome! She is warm & inviting & makes you feel comfortable with the waxing experience. I highly recommend Sugar Me and use the package deals if you are getting more than 1 area waxed. It is worth it! Plus you get a free treat after each visit!

My first time here and Layne attended me. I got the bikini full. She was gentle and made sure I was as comfortable I can be for a waxing. Very knowledgeable and takes her time. She even gives out little treats after.hmmm. I, from now on will be a regular.

Does anyone like waxing? I think not. However, Layne was great. Nice, friendly, clean, personable, very professional and s perfectionist. I’ll be back and for sure will recommend Layne & Sugar Me Wax.

Layne is AWESOME! I had gotten brazilians somewhere else and had ended up crying from the pain so I wasn’t sure that I ever wanted to endure that again. A friend told me about Layne so I decided to try her out and the experience was completely different with her! She was gentle and quick and really made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Now I am no longer scared of being waxed! I will definitely be returning to see Layne again!

In need of a wax? You haaaaave to schedule your next wax at Sugar Me! I just saw Layne for the first time. I had heard her prices are amazing and that she is the best. I thought I was sold on my previous girl and I’ve tried basically everyone in Scottsdale/​Phoenix, but no way. Layne is the best. She is worth traveling to. Try her out and you won’t regret it! Fair prices and perfect skill.

So I will start by saying I was a mess when I went to Sugar ME. I had been shopping around on Groupon and came across Sugar Me. I got a call back from the secretary who was able to squeeze me in for a last minute session. He was very nice and helpful even when I couldn’t find the place he helped with directions and waited for me at the door.
Now Layne is the women who cleaned me up. She was nice, patient, and worked very hard. African American hair is a bitch. I will be going back to her and will be taking my daughter along as well to get her brows fixed up.
A women mentioned fun, I have to disagree it was painful as FUCK! But I am obviously going back because 3 weeks of softness and no razor bumps is amazing.
Oh and it was a Brazilian Wax.

Out of my many waxing experiences, Sugar me was by far the best! The waxing studio was clean and inviting and Layne (the waxing technician) was incredible! She is an expert; I have extremely sensitive skin and this was the first time getting a Brazilian didn’t result in me leaving bruised! She’s also extremely personable and made the entire experience comfortable for me – I left feeling like I had a new friend! I realize this sounds cliché, but I’ll never go anywhere else to get a wax. I highly recommend Sugar Me to anyone!

There’s never going to be a waxing session that is going to rank in my top 5 most favorite experiences ever. It doesn’t feel good. But I think that’s why it’s so important to find a waxing salon that is as comfortable as possible without trying to pretend you’re in for one of the most relaxing experiences of your life.
Sugar Me was fantastic. And the waxing specialist, Layne, is a waxing goddess. Here’s why. 1. She was quick. She removed the hair I came in to have «disappeared.» And she somehow got it accomplished without hurting me so much I spent the time envisioning taking off her head. 2. Not only was she simply good at what she was doing, but she was entertaining. Kind of a bonus at the waxing salon. She even had me laughing at one point. And I’ve got to say (sounds weird), but it was a fantastic distraction from the discomfort of being waxed. 3. When all was said and done, I could still look my waxing technician in the eye. Admit it, when you go to get waxed, when it’s all over, you high tail it out of there like the hounds of hell are after you and you look anywhere but at the girl who just spent a small chunk of her life removing your unwanted hair. It’s uncomfortable and you want to act like it didn’t happen. That was SO not the case at Sugar Me Wax. The entire experience was surprisingly comfortable. In the past, at other waxing salons when I said the experience was life altering, I would have done so with a shudder and changed the topic to one less awkward and horrid. When I say that Sugar Me Wax was a life altering experience, I’ll be doing so with a smile on my face. It was easy. It was not excruciating (painless is going too far, but the end result of waxing is completely worth it). It was surprisingly well
done for how quick the appointment went. And I will definitely not be wandering in to just and old waxing salon from now on. This is the place. My legs are very excited to wear shorts again and I have Sugar Me to thank. :)

I have been having various parts of my body waxed for years. However, the last time I had a very *ahem* tender area done, it was so painful and embarrassing, that I haven’t had it done in 5 years. I was hesitant to readdress this area, but I was tired of shaving/​ingrown hairs. Sugar Me was recommended by a friend so I have it a try. HUGE difference this time. Layne was quick, thorough, and somehow made me feel comfortable in a rather revealing situation. My appointment was for a Brazilian, but she made time for an eyebrow, lip and knuckle wax as well (I’m a hairy person, sad but true) The entire appointment was less time that I had planned on for just the Brazilian. The really incredible part tho, was that I left with knowledge for caring for my incredibly sensitive skin that had never been shared with me in all the years of waxing. Classy, lovely spot and people!
