Storage West Self Storage

Went in today to get a storage unit and was helped by Veronica. She was pure awesomeness! She was super sweet, very helpful and knew all the sizes, prices and information about the company and didn’t hesitate when I asked questions. Embarrassingly, I couldn’t get into the gate with my new code because I kept entering it wrong. I went in and she came out to help me and when we realized I was not able to read correctly today, she wasn’t annoyed when I made her come outside in the heat for no reason. She laughed it off with me.
Storage facility is basically brand new and super clean. Appears to be well cared for and didn’t see any random junk or garbage lying around. The units are laid out nicely so you don’t have to wander down endless mazes of halls to find your unit. Each building has at least one flat bed dolly to use too.
Since this place is so new and isn’t full yet, they are running amazing specials. Who knows how long it will last but I can’t believe how cheap I got my unit. Even if it’s for a few months before they hike up prices (you know they will when they fill up more), it will be worth it because of the amount I am saving right now.

I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone based on the property manager’s bullying customer service I experienced today. Just because she has the power over my things in storage, doesn’t mean you should be rude to your customers who’s storage fees pay your income!
