I had a terrible experience at Starbucks, I ordered what I always order except with three shots instead of seven, the girl at the window was being so rude and condescending towards me, I didn’t catch her name but it was a skinny blond girl and also felt the need to let me know that 9 is less than 10. A skinny brown haired boy then backed her up and continued to put me down and when I asked for the manager, it was him! So I just decided to leave, I didn’t get my coffee before work this morning and I will never return to Starbucks, I was so insulted. I was under the impression that Starbucks held itself to a higher standard but I was just put down and humiliated by the manager.

I go to this starbucks often enough… however today in the drive thru I ordered a chai tea misto w/the tea bags not the sugar filled syrup… when I got to the window(after a 15min wait in line) I was informed that they are out of the tea bags. They made instead with the syrup a chai tea but hot! I informed I wanted on ice. They poured the beverage over ice where all the ice melted… in color it was white as if it were only steamed milk… in got home and delivered my husbands perfect mocha to him and tried my milky looking drink. It was disgusting. It was exactly what it looked like watered down milk! Uhg… next time I will go to the Starbucks in Frys up the street or to Ray and Rural. I just paid $ 4+ for watered down milk. I have never had any big issue here before, but if this is any sign of what could be in the future when it is busy then I won’t be back to this location. A couple times they mixed up my order in the past but fixedb it immediately. This was the worst coffee experience I have ever had and the barista who made the beverage should be ashamed for putting it out into the world.

If you want your coffee to taste like coffee, I would recommend going somewhere else.

It seems like customer service is not important here. Every time I come to this Starbucks, I hope that it’ll be better than the last time, but it’s usually not. Baristas tend to be unfriendly, and seem like they don’t enjoy their jobs. I’ve been both greeted poorly and ignored by some baristas here. The drive-thru is usually unnecessarily slow. By the time I get up to the window, my iced coffee hasn’t even been made – even though there are other drinks sitting at the window. Drinks are made carelessly. Many times I’ve gotten my drink and it’s either overflowing, or there is sticky caramel sauce on the edge of the cup. I’ve even had a few ripped cups, which – since I didn’t realize until I had driven away – resulted in coffee spilling into my cup holders. Customer service says a lot about your business, and unfortunately, this Starbucks is lacking in that department.

Seriously. The. Worst. Starbucks. Ever. My Trenta iced coffee(not complicated) tastes like crap 50% of the time, ISALWAYS a sticky overflowing mess with the baristas just shoving napkins at you, very rude. I also went a couple weeks ago at 855(they closed at 9) and they wouldn’t respond to the menu board at the drive through. I drove to the window and it took another 2 minutes for them to come to the window. I told them that I had waited and even had it on my cell showing I had been there at the time was 859. He sighed and looked at the clock and responded«well it’s 9 now». We live in Chandler and it’s amazing the class difference you get from employees that work in Chandler/Gilbert vs this location.

I get to the window they have gotten my order wrong I asked a girl to give me the order right her name is Sadie she rolled her eyes at me and then laughed and acted like it s was put upon and by the way it was water she got my order wrong why is water so hard to give and it’s freaking Arizona I would never come back to this one it is drive-thru so obviously it’s convenient I would rather walk into the location on 40th Street and Chandler because at least I met with friendly people and they don’t have a hard time giving you what you at!

Drive thru line here always moves at a snail’s pace. Inside, it moves slower. On the inside, I can’t understand the fact that to this day if you order a plain iced coffee that drink has to wait in line behind every frap that’s being made. It takes 5 seconds to pour.

I have been frequenting this Starbucks for years now. Thanks to the kindness of people like Joey, Chelsea, Mary(who relocated) Megan, Zack, Tyler, Toni, Brielle and mostly the whole crew, I drive well out of the way for the morning brew. Other than that there is typically a big difference between the drive through wait time in the morning(being much faster) the afternoon, I am always pleased with the friendly staff and attention to detail with my drink of preference!

About 20 total seats including a few couches– really inadequate for the volume they service. The music volume could have been turned down with less base, and the bizarre song collection such as «I Left My Heart In San Francisco» mixed in with 90’s techno and 1940’s ballads left something to be desired. Service was quick and friendly and Starbucks efficient. You either love Starbucks coffee or you hate it, but you cant beat them for convenience. Prices for food was on the higher end. A banana nut bread loaf was $ 2.75 and a Horizon chocolate milk was $ 1.95. A word to the wise, the drive through line and indoor line during the morning school drop off time is insanely long thanks to the soccer moms of the multiple nearby schools.

I go to this location every morning. Just like any Starbucks, it gets crowded. But what makes it worth it is the great customer service the Baristas have.

I go to this location often the service staff is variable. On good days a mobile order is ready however they are not attentive to waiting customers who have mobile orders and loyalty customers. If Starbucks truly wants a successful loyalty program, they should ensure that the staff asks if someone has been helped in waiting areas. Please ensure drinks aren’t sitting for close to ten minutes. A disappointment today. On a positive note the drink was correct.

I go to this location in the morning pretty often. There are days where service is slow and there are days where they are on top of things. The staff is friendly. My main concern/issue was the evening crew — I went to this location for the first time in the evening yesterday(Friday night) to pick up for my friends and I. There was not even a car of front of me in the drive through. Ordered a venti caramel frap, venti caramel machiatto and two cake pops(chocolate and salted caramel). When I was given my total it seemed pretty low, like they missed something. So when I got to the window — sure enough the forgot the caramel frap, and mentioned they couldn’t «find» any salted caramel cake pops. SMH — told them they forgot the caramel frap, they made it, all seemed good and fixed. When I took my first sip of the caramel machiatto, it tasted awful. It tastes like watered down coffee with a hint of caramel.

Tme to boycott Starbucks Again! First I boycotted because Starbucks didn’t offer non-dairy or non-soy milk for the Green-tea latte‘ Recently, I discoverd Starbucks began offering coconut milk. Happily drinking Green-tea latte‘ until I discovered they charge 60 cents extra for the coconut milk. Not only am I paying for the milk for a latte‘ I pay extra to have coconut milk. Outrageous given the fact that the average cost of a ½ gallon of whole milk is $ 2.01, and a half-gallon of 2%milk is $ 1.92. I do not know how much milk is used to make the green-tea latte‘, however, let’s say it is ¼ cup for a ‘(medium) and 60 cents extra for coconut milk. Effectively, I am paying the equivalent for nearly a quart of milk and this is in addition to the price to use cow’s milk. If this isn’t outragous I don’t know what is. Boycotting Starbucks Again!

I go to Starbucks almost everyday, either get a unsweetened iced coffee, or a vanilla latte. I wanted to try something new, and I picked the right day/time to ask. I was curious about a caramel macchiato. So I asked the Barista taking my order, and couldn’t have been more delighted with his response! I work at a brewery and Bruce described a caramel macchiato to me like I would explain a beer to one of my guests! Wanna give a shout out to Bruce the barista. P. s. The caramel macchiato is my new fave! THANKYOU

Really disappointed with this Starbucks. It seems to have gone downhill in the past few months. The service is quite slow, even with many people working. I understand it is busy, but no one seems to make an effort to get drinks made in a timely manner. The drive-thru is quite busy, which is fine, since it’s the only one in the area. However, service on the inside is even slower, because baristas are trying to get cars in and out quickly. Customer service is extremely lacking. There are one or two cashiers and baristas that are friendly, but most are not. No greetings, no smiles, no effort to make the customers feel welcome. If they’re out of something, it’s «we don’t have that,» no apologies, or suggestions for anything else. No one seems to enjoy working there. Orders are often wrong. And baristas in the drive-thru don’t seem to keep track of whose drink is whose. Orders made inside are sometimes forgotten, and I’ve had to ask for my drink or pastry multiple times. A few mistakes are fine, but it seems to be a regular occurrence. Apologies seem to be in short supply, also. I prefer to go to the Starbucks on Chandler & Kyrene. There is no drive-thru, but baristas are so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming.

Thanks for fixing the slow internet issues. The staff and location are great. Even though it’s busy, they do a great job in serving you. Keep up the great work!

It always takes me 20 minutes to get through the drive thru, no matter if there are ten or two cars. They’ve messed up my order numerous times(including not making it decaf which is actually a problem for me), but I will say 50% of the staff is nice and apologetic so just as long as I get one of them I don’t feel so upset about waiting. I’m a loyal Gold card member so I do continue to go but I’m not pleased.

I’ve been here twice and I’ve been very pleased. Joey took my order the first time I was there, as he was very friendly. I forget what I ordered that time, but it came out just fine. :) Visited again today, and I didn’t think to look at any names, but the girl who took my order was very friendly again, and very quick with reloading my card. I ordered my go-to drink today, which is a grande dry soy cappuccino. Again, I forgot to check for the name of the girl who made it, but it was among the best I have ever had. Perfect foam, perfect ratio for a dry cappuccino — most baristas at other locations I’ve been to have consistently messed them up, but here it was great. Delicious delicious delicious! I’ll try to get their names next time so I can give them proper credit.

Have only been here once before but it was fine. This time however I had a rude teen taking my order. Not only did she laugh at me, but was NOT helpful. Two things I ordered were out, and she merely said, «we don’t have those, does that complete your order?» No suggestion for something else, like what??? No I obviously want something else… I worked at a Starbucks for four years and I def never treated someone like that. RUDE!

This is a good location, and constantly busy! They have good service, everyone has a great attitude, and the lobby is nice and comfortable. My only complaint with this location is the parking lot, and specifically how hard it is to get in and out, especially when it is busy. Be ready to cram through some tight spots and dodge some cars if you are there when it’s busy!
