Great atmosphere. Nice bartenders. Stacy greeted us himself. Recommended a hotel since we were from out of town and just waiting for the traffic to slow down. Took his advice on the hotel. Great recommendation!

The manager here was very unfriendly and needs a refresher on AZ law. He wouldn’t let my out-of-state friends in with me because they had vertical IDs, even though they were still valid and acceptable forms of ID. This law was changed back in April and when I showed him the updated identification requirements from the AZ liquor board on my phone, he scoffed at me and still wouldn’t let them in. Stacy, please educate your employees on the new ID laws and make sure visitors from out-of-state aren’t treated like this in the future.

I can really appreciate a fun place in the Melrose built for dancing and good times! The sound in this place is a 10+ and the light show is equally as stunning. «Sour Times» is a weekly dance party hosted by Tristan Iseult who is an amazing DJ and who takes full advantage of the incredible ambiance that Stacy’s provides. I would like to personally thank the staff at Stacy’s who do an incredible job as hosts and Stacy who is an incredible, warm, vibrant, fun, striking, and wonderful business owner. Keep up the wonderful job all!

One place where they made a great«Old Fashion» and the atmosphere was amaazing! The bouncer was very cute and the staff was just as attractive. I will definitely be coming back. This club has very many promises, and good drinks and a good time seems to be on the top of its list!

Stacy’s @ Melrose is amazing. Every WED no cover/2 for 1 drinks, and DJ Tristan spins ALT, Dark Indie, Trihop, Synth, Post-Punk music. AMAZING!!! Interesting and fun to people watch. The club is dark and sexy. Great patio and indoor seating. As a straight couple, my boyfriend and I never feel uncomfortable. Fun and friendly environment. Had a concern about my tab and sent an email to the manager. Stacy, the own of Stacy’s, called me within an hour and we resolved my concern– which was a mistake on my part. He is professional and very friendly.

When I need to represent my peeps I go here. The dance floor is the best amongst all of the LGBT venues in Phoenix/Scottsdale and to top it off they keep it clean. Someone breaks a glass, poof the mess is gone like it didn’t exist. Also what stands out is the owner Stacy. He goes out of his way to say hello to everyone, and does not seem aloof like many other bar owners. Crowd is mixed, varied, and the patio has heaters for the winter. Drink selection is good, plenty of stuff on tap. I’m proud to see my business go to such a great place. Last, but not least I’ve never seen a cheezoid bar fight here. It says a lot to not have to worry about drink splash back from a crazy.

Went for the first time and I thought it was really cool but our night was cut short when one of the waitress took our full drinks when we stepped to the side to dance. we asked if we could get a refund or new drinks and he said no we were not even mad just annoyed until he came back with a security guard claiming one of us slapped him wtf? There were 6 of us all as witness and none of us touched him so if you see an older guy with a greying beard there that looks like a trucker be careful

Stacy’s is a must visit club. I had the greatest experience at this cute and cozy bar. I am a new resident of Arizona and unfamiliar with the area. I searched Unilocal and Stacy’s at Melrose was found. I am a middle age women that’s too mature for teeny bopper clubs and college town crowds. I have too much energy for just a corner bar. Stacy’s was absolutely perfect and just what I needed. The ambiance was amazing. The dance floor is a great size and there is a variety of music. The drinks were very affordable and they have a great staff of bar tenders. Everyone there was really nice and friendly. Stacy’s @ Melrose will definitely be my meet up with friends.

This is the best gay bar in Phoenix! I say gay bar, because it is, but it’s not like the old days. I see a mix of people at the«gay bars» these days… women, straight men, etc, especially at this one. It’s a very warm welcoming bar. Absolutely beautiful and a really nice patio. Two patios actually but the main patio is so nice and relaxing. I was very impressed by the holiday decorations. Three Christmas trees on the huge bar, a Christmas tree hanging from the ceiling, wreaths and other decorations all over. Amazing! I don’t know how Stacy does it, but it even smelled like Christmas! I was there for Karaōke, Monday is Stacy’s night for it. Excellent sound system and very nice host. Bar staff is great. Very friendly! I will definitely be back! Check out Stacy’s at Melrose you don’t have to be gay! Enjoy!

Love the music here the drinks are a great place. Dance floor just makes you want to dance, only draw back for me I’m in a wheelchair I saw no way for me to get to the dance floor. The bathroom is clean that is a plus. There is always someone wiping a table when a drink is done so very clean. All around fun place just needs to find a way for a person in a wheelchair to get on the dance floor. Classy and fun

I’ve known Stacy for years. He’s one of my clients at ProActive Therapeutic Massage. As a fellow business owner I know what it takes to stay afloat, and Stacy knows what he’s doing. He’s is a rags-to-riches story in the making! Having said all that, Stacy’s @ Melrose is a tribute to just how much Stacy cares. This place is awesome! Kind of dark, kind of sexy without being tacky or garish or lude like so many of the other creepy bars in this town. This place is a cut above the rest and competes with another big name, Charlies(or as the gays here call it, «Charlenes» lol). And it just keeps on getting better and better. First there was only the front porch to have a cocktail and a smoke. Then the back patio opened up, then there was a bar on that patio… and now there’s food from a portable food van out back? How freaking cool is that?! The sunken dance floor speaks for itself, and the bartenders are very sweet, very amiable. For me the best time to be there is on a Sunday night, not just because of the $ 1 well drinks, but because of the retro 80’s mixer music. Love that stuff. Love Stacy. Love the crowd. Love the staff. Good people all around. Here’s to you Stac’ — cheers!

I HATE dancing. The dance floor here is so amazing, I was drawn toward it. It was so dark… with colors flying everywhere. Extremely loud music. Perfect for trance. People were getting down! I’m kinda lame though, so I went out to the patio and kicked it on the awesome furniture, drinking very reasonably priced beverages. I only recently learned that this(and everything on Melrose) are bars for LGBT, and wouldn’t have even noticed if it weren’t pointed out to me by my friend, who was literally nudging me toward the DJ. If you like loud, dark places, go here. Definitely. Atmosphere is off the charts.

This is a great place to get together with friends for a drink, for pleasant socializing and for dancing. The bar is bigger than it looks from outside and the patio extends the space further. Drinks are very good(ask Trish for her specialty, the Trish Delish), staff is very friendly, the crowd is mixed, and the sunken dance area is very nicely set up with diffuse lighting from the«stained glass» church window wall, the requisite mirror balls and dance lighting equipment.

Whether your LGBT or not an incredibly fun time is waiting for you here at Stacy’s @ Melrose. The drinks here are reasonably priced with a different drink special every night. The staff is very friendly and who doesn’t like to look at buff server men walking around without their shirts on. If your looking for a place to be cozy there are some couches in the back. If you want to get up and move there is a great dance floor in the center with DJs. If your looking to enjoy a nice summer night there is a beautiful patio in the back.

I missed the gym the next day. My legs and core got such a solid workout the night before at Stacy’s @ Melrose I didn’t feel a peep of guilt.(Well, that’s not technically true. The drinks are super cheap — and heavily mixed — that I may just have enjoyed a few:) This is a super fun place to go, dance up a storm and enjoy a wide range of music. Bright lights, loud music and super nice staff. This is a place to go with your friends or special loved one.(Note: The night I went the crowd leaned mostly LGBT.) The bathrooms have a communal wash area. In addition to the medium sized dance area inside there is an outdoor back patio. The breath of fresh air after some cardio is great! Plus your earbuds can take a break. Quite the fun in Phoenix.
