Chef Casey was a godsend for my dad’s birthday. He found a way to make Dad’s favorite foods(which are simpler, classic American fare), into something truly special. His french technique made the presentations outstanding and his palette ended up getting my dad to like smoked beet salad! Who knew that would happen? I’m not sure where the other reviews for him are, because I know at least one other person who reviewed him this year… …Anyway, Thanks, buddy!

My wife surprised me for my birthday by hiring Chef Casey to prepare a 6-course dinner and wine pairing last night. There were 6 of us and It was an unbelievable experience. Something I will cherish forever. He had a server set up the dining room. They bring EVERYTHING. The menu consisted of a Celery soup, Beet Salad, Salmon, Risotto, Beef short ribs, and a birthday cake. I will post a picture of the menu. Every single bite was an experience. The wine pairings were perfect — whites, reds, sake, and bubbly. They cleaned up so well too. They treat your kitchen like their own and the etiquette of chef and server is unmatched. You could not reproduce this experience at a restaurant.
