I could just kick myself from ever going back to this place after the first horrible experience when I had no choice because my insurance was crap. But… I went back simply because this place is within 5 minutes of my office and I was in desperate need of a cortisone shot in order to work on my feet over the weekend. This place is messy, filthy and has a Manila folder filing system from the 70’s – nothing 21^st century about it. And, if that isn’t bad enough, add rude, thoughtless office staff who just tell you anything because they don’t give a !@##$. I didn’t get in to see the doctor this (2^nd) time because I called ahead and explained I only have a ½ hour for lunch but they said I would be able to get in and out in plenty of time. When I arrived the waiting room was loaded with people so I asked if they were running behind. The receptionist looked at me like I was from mars and said «no». So I sat down for 25 minutes and only 1 person was called into the back from the lobby. I went back up to the receptionist and said it was obvious they are running behind and asked how much longer she thought it would be. The woman signed and said I was next and that it would be less than 5 minutes. Of course, I wasn’t called next and more than 5 minutes elapsed. I told the receptionist I had to leave – only get ½ hour lunch and was already late. She truly could have cared less. Steer clear of this dirty mess of a place and rude lot of people.
