I have to start by saying the work this company did in my home was great. The people that came over were friendly and efficient. After the initial set up they send a follow up guy that is even better, he readdresses all the issues and makes sure everything is drying out the right way. He was great he stopped by two days in a row just to make sure everything was going as planned. The drop off and pick up of equipment was great, and they came on our schedule after work. Now comes the nightmare part. I come home from work today to a letter for a 20 preliminary notice to put a lean on my home. The came out to my house on the 13th finished working on the house and took all of their equipment back on the 18th, and my insurance received the bill from them on the 24th. Today is the 31 the notice was mailed out on the 27th. So my insurance company got the bill in less then a week a week after they are threatening to put a lean on my home. My insurance company has not refused to pay they just haven’t had time to address it yet. They literally had the bill for less then three days before the lien letter was mailed to me. It’s just simply ridiculous that a company with such a great reputation for service would stoop so low. Have you ever received a bill that was due in less than a week? I know I haven’t. Not to mention the fact that the documents you sign say that if for any reason your insurance company refuses to pay(in my case they haven’t) that they will bill you directly, and then if you refuse to pay they will go in for a lien. It makes sense that they would have that clause in case you ruined their equipment or just flat out refused to pay them for their service(in this case none of that has happened). To take such drastic action less then seven business days after finishing your service is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I will never do business with your company again regardless of the fact that the employees that came to my house were amazing. Your billing is a complete joke and should be investigated by the better business bureau.
