Service King Collision Repair of Bell Rd

Horrible! Stay away from this shop. 9 days just for an estimate, a month to fix and they put a foot long crack in my windshield in the process. Of course they informed me of the crack the day before it was finally ready for pick up and they didn’t admit they cracked it.

Thank you Service King! I had such a great experience this past week. I took my car in on a Thursday, and had an estimate by Friday. The repairs started on Monday and I picked up my vehicle Friday afternoon. Kelly was wonderful. She was in constant communication with me updating me on repairs and the status of my vehicle. Really great staff, really great work!

I had trusted this repair shop 3 times I had been hit. My own insurance company USAA had a rep in the shop I was dealing with. I just went to sell my van and found out it had structural damage that I was never told and the van should have been totaled. I just made at the auction barely what the cost of the repairs were. On the last accident on 06/​11/​2015. Stay far away from them. They seem great, I just learned a very costly lesson!!! I lost over $ 3000 on my vehicle

I would definitely NOT take my car to this ship! I was told tat my car would be taken to the Volvo dealer to be checked out for the clunking I heard after the accident. That did not happen they had their mechanic look at it. The told me they test drove it and did not hear it. They said it was fine however I took it to a Volvo mechanic and there were broken struts mounts Causing the clunking. They told me that my car would be ready on Wednesday I called for two days to find out about my car and my call was not returned until Friday at 3:30 pm when I was on my way out of town. When I got my car back there were scratches and dents in the rear quarter panel that were not there when I dropped off the vehicle. (They did send out Phoenix Dent Repair, who did an awesome job.) Finally when I picked up my car there was a crack in my windshield that was not there when I dropped off the car. They refused to fix it as they told me the car was never off of the lot thus the crack did not happen at their facility. BEWARE!!!

After I wrote my review for Service King, I received an email stating that someone would contact me to discuss my bad experience. As of today, 10÷3÷15, no one has contacted me.

Amazing friendly service from my first call, easiest transition into a rental car I’ve ever experienced, extremely friendly receptionists, Kelly was fantastic keeping me informed about parts and repairs, the job was finished ahead of schedule, and their work is outstanding! I highly recommend Service King on Bell Road.

I’ve dropped my car off on Monday and was told I would get my estimate on Wednesday.
It’s now Thursday and I don’t know the status of it yet.
They should communicate if something isn’t going to be done on time.

I typically don’t waste my time with bad reviews but the service we received from Service King AND Geico was horrible. The insurance companies are their customers, not you! We received our vehicle back dirty and WORSE than before the accident. They told us there was nothing they could do even though we were able to prove the damage was not there prior. Save yourself the hassle and headache and go somewhere else.

Awesome service! The Geico Rep was great and helped me out and even brought my
car to the service department to check my tires and air pressure. When he brought it back they had given my car a quick wash! Great first impression that’s for sure

We used Service King to get our MR2 Spyder repaired because they were on the «best of» list for our insurance company. Wow — we can see why! This company is awesome! The people are incredibly customer friendly and professional and they did an excellent repair job on our car. We highly recommend this company for any collision repairs.

I honestly hate to give bad reviews but I did have several problems at this location.
To start off I did like the staff and the ladies at the front desk were more than helpful, however when it came to getting a call back from my service advisor it was really lacking. I think I got two calls back in the whole 2 weeks I worked with them. Also, my car had been in the shop for 7 days and it didnt even come out with good body work.
I did make them aware that I was unhappy with some of the work and they nicely got it fixed for me when I was out of town. They even towed my car to the shop and home free of charge.

Had my bumper replaced when I was hit in a drive thru Taco Bell. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful in getting my car fixed like new. Even has rental cars there! I have used them before when it was auto body world and it’s still the same people with a new name! Thank you Kelly, bob, val, Stacey and the whole crew for making a bad situation, a pleasant and easy repair! I always recommend my friends and customers to them.
