The worst Sephora I have ever been to! I just moved to Arizona earlier this month and this was this was the closest Sephora to me. I thought no big deal bc I’m used to a JcPenny Sephora at home and have NEVER had an issue! This Sephora never has more than 2 people working, usually there is only 1 so getting someone to help you is near to impossible! I went to get more foundation the first week of January and they were all out and I was told they hadn’t gotten a shipment since Christmas!!! And to come back next week when they get shipments on Fridays. So the next Friday I go and guess what still no makeup! At this point I was so furious I just bought the shade lighter and was going to exchange it for mine when they got it in stock! So I go back the second Friday after and still no makeup! Wtf I was told the shipments come on Fridays! Finally my makeup came in yesterday and good thing I called to put it on hold bc it was the only ONE that came in the shipment! Who only has one item come in? I have never seen such a dysfunctional Sephora! Never any workers and never has any product in stock! I will drive 30 min to Scottsdale to get decent service!

Not pleased with the service there. Staff on shift werent very helpful at all, not knowledgeable on products, and when i asked for a product in stock i was told to hold various times(mindul that it wasnt busy at all on a Tuesday evening) and lastly i had to wait while she emptied all the trash receptacles… and im expected to pay $ 50 for anything, what a joke. Wont be purchasing nothing from this specific sephora.

I’ve gone into this store on a few occasions. For each of those visits, I wait around for no less than 20 minutes for an Sephora Associate to welcome and assist me. After 20 minutes, no one ever acknoledges me or assists me so I leave. I will not be back into this store.

Kayla is the reason I drive all the way out to this location. She is the most wonderful, customer service oriented employee at this location. I have been a few times when she isn’t there, and I never get helped, which sucks when I spend at least a hundred dollars every time I go.

I called first to make sure they had what I needed, because I am aware that the stores inside JC Pennys don’t have the exact same stock, because they are smaller. Kayla was the staff member I got on the phone and she was very helpful. She was happy to go back and forth a few times checking for products as we spoke, because I changed my mind due to her knowledge and the information she was giving me. When I got to the store Bianca helped me and she too was knowledgeable and helpful. Even volunteered to re swatch me to make sure the color was right. I would absolutely go here again.

Moderately friendly staff but not knowledgable in the least unfortunately. I spend a good amount with the beauty insider club but this location will never honor any of the promotions– they consistently refer me to go to a standalone store. I guess I should listen and take my business elsewhere.
