Very unhelpful and lazy staff. While 4 people sit in the waiting room(most with better things to do) the only person working sits outside with a buddy and smokes a cigarette… This mostly wouldn’t bother me since people are people and generally, they suck. But the fact that this company already has a bad reputation and no one who becomes a customer here planned to be, you would think that they would amp up their customer service to butter over the bullshit. Not the case. Do your research before becoming a costumer here! Look elsewhere.

By far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I had my car break down and serviced, during this time the dealer had to reset the computer in my car and could not enter the codes when asked to disable the interlock. Because of this I had to pay the fine and have an extension added onto the interlock. Safe harbor said that it was ‘still my responsibility’ when the car was getting worked on. These people are the most unprofessional and rude people. All they want is your money. Go elsewhere.

Safe Harbor is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, ever! They rape you with their charges, you need to change an appointment $ 35, you have a violation $ 25, you need to come in Monday instead of Fri. $ 35. Every time you blink your eyes they want your money and it is a $ 5 a DAY late fee if you are late on your monthly payment. They do give you a five day grace period but after that it’s $ 5 a day plus, this, that, the other, it is unforgiving how they charge you. They e-mail you multiple times a day when you owe them money, they are like the worst snakes in the grass and they get away with it because everybody needs their car. Now let’s talk about their employees, most of whom appear to be raised in barns with farm animals they are so rude and obnoxious. On the phone they treat you like scum because you are the one with the DUI and they are unforgiving. They don’t care if your dog or your child dies, if you miss an appointment it’s $ 35. Safe Harbor abuses its power to the maximum and gets away with it. They are awful beyond comprehension. RUNFASTANDDONOTSIGNUPWITHSAFEHARBOR. YOUWILLBESORRY!

RECEIVED6MOEXTENTIONBECAUSESAFEHARBORPROVIDED A DAMAGEDLOOSECORD. 1 month after becoming a customer, they acknowledged and recorded the damaged product, they replaced the cord which was also recorded, STILL charged me $ 25 for the violation(even though it was clearly not my fault if their product became disconnected while I was driving). MVD later states that due to that«tampering» violation, I have 6 months extension unless Safe Harbor could help me void. SAFEHARBORREFUSEDTOPROVIDEANYASSISTANCE, THEYSTATEDTHEYHELDNOACCOUNTABILITY, however they did provide me with the records that the technician confirmed I was given faulty product and that he had replaced it. I will be pursing legal action against Safe Harbor.
