Everyone knows that the food choices in the foothills are few. However, as others have mentioned, we’re stuck going here once in a while. I hadn’t been to this Quiznos in quite some time as the last sandwich I got from there had what appeared to have about half of the meat one would expect from another location. On 2÷10÷16 I went to give them another chance and I found the service to be very average. Once my order was in and the man was preparing them, I went to fill a little cup with some horseradish sauce and was in for a surprise. I tried to fill the cup, but nothing came out. I squeezed the container harder, then harder, but nothing came out. I continued to squeeze and then the damn thing exploded– horseradish everywhere. All over me, my shoes, pants, shirt, counter and floor. It was funny but frustrating. No apology, no discount, no offer to pay for my cleaning. To boot, I had to ask for a rag to wipe the mess off me. The sandwiches were very average. I see, now, that I may put the substandard shop back on my short list of places not to return to… Too bad. Hopefully the rumor of the old jack in the box building becoming a chipotle comes through.

I think this is a great local sandwich shop. Quiznos always makes great sandwiches but the owners and staff make this location special.

I have been to this location several times. I’ve enjoyed every visit that I’ve made. The restaurant never seems busy which is a shame. The owners are very personable and sweet people. They carry a genuine conversation with us when we come in and ask about our day. When I take my daughter with me they insist on throwing in a free cookie or some kind of treat. The food is always good. I favor the Classic Italian and my daughter likes the Black Angus Steak. We will definitely continue to go to this location as long as the current owners stay.

As Quiznos has slid closer and closer to irrelevancy, the range of quality of the food from store to store has never varied more. This is one of the worst — they don’t cook the chicken the same way, and the only lettuce they keep in stock is iceberg. Due to the lack of food options in Ahwatukee, however, I’m the closest thing this place has to a regular(it’s always empty). Sigh.

This Quiznos is off Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee. The store is always empty so I don’t know how they are still open but they are. Food is okay and service is average. I suggest that you eat your sandwich there rather than take out because your sandwich will get soggy… Lol
