Pork on a Fork BBQ

Went in on the 5^th around 4:00 pm. I know it is a new location but the service was awful! The lady at the register was rude to us & told us we had to order before we get to the register. Went back to the food line to order & after waiting a few minutes with 4 employees ignoring us my husband asked if this is where we were to order. We were told yes and were continued to be ignored. We waited a while longer and our order was finally taken. We get to the register to pay & they give our food to the lady in front of us. We told them it was our order and not hers and they argued with us and told us that she ordered online so she gets her order first. We argued again that it shouldn’t matter — that was our order (not even the same thing she ordered) & they bagged it up for her anyway. The lady at the register asked if it was our order and we said yes, but that is fine, we can order it again. Then they pulled her order out of her bag and gave it to us where we again argued that it was her order and she had our order. The manager lady did look very busy trying to train everyone but there was only one person in front of us. There was no way the service should have been this bad. My husband said the brisket was not good — I had the pork sandwich and it was ok. They were out of cornbread so we had mac & cheese — nothing special & my son wouldn’t even eat his. Not sure we will be back after the service as there are a lot of other better BBQ joints around but the price was good and they are close so we may give them one more chance once they are open for a while. Hopefully I will be able to update with more stars.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, making good suggestions. The pulled pork and coleslaw were excellent (though I wish they had a Carolina style vinegar sauce to go with.) The baked beans tasted as if someone dropped the pepper shaker in by accident. Great if pepper is your favorite spice, but I will not order those next time. Absolutely plan to come back!

Excellent food! Very clean place with friendly staff. I had the pulled pork and homemade mac n cheese. Yum! Highly recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure:)

This is my first visit to this new location! Awesome atmosphere! Very clean, as well! The staff is very friendly and will help if you have any questions or need a hand to get everything to your table! The food is fabulous! I generally get the pulled pork &/​or the sausage with a side of mac & cheese &/​or beans! This is a great place to eat!

OMG. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. My husband loves BBQ Ribs, so I decided to have his bday here. The place is super clean and I like the layout of the place and the food is just amazing. I ordered the sample platter that came with, brisket, chicken, sausage with two sides which I picked the Mac and cheese and coleslaw. AMAZING. My husband of course got the Ribs. AMAZING. Everyone at our table loved there food. I think what makes this place really stand out from other bbq spots is there sauces. It’s like liquid gold. Besides the delicious food, the staff and management is super friendly and they made my husbands birthday perfect. Highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to go back.

The Beef brisket is extremely dry but if you want beef jerky this sandwich is a great choice. Will not ever order that sandwich again. But the sausage was ok. Everything is very verysalty. A different type of Bbq for sure. It doesn’t come close to Eds in Gilbert or Honey Bears

The menu on this page is not the menu for this location. We were looking forward to waffle fries and chicken tenders but they don’t have a fryer. The meat is tough and sides are bland! Will not be back — very disappointed. If you want bbq, go to little miss bbq!
