Phoenix Tree and Landscape

We hired Phoenix Tree and Landscape to remove a large Mesquite Tree from our property in addition to having 2 other trees trimmed and our palm trees trimmed. After a disappointing experience with a local company that failed to show up — even after assuring us they would get the job done, we decided to go with another company. Flying blind as we are new to Phoenix, we contacted Phoenix Tree and Landscape after seeing an advertisement on their company vehicle. Shane (the owner) promptly returned our call and came out that day to provide an estimate. Shane was very courteous and professional and the pricing was very fair.
The work was completed today and I was most impressed with the entire operation. Shane the owner was on-​site first thing this morning to ensure the crew was properly instructed on the work to be performed. This is an exception and indicated to me that the owner is very conscientious about the quality of work. The crew did an excellent job removing the tree and completing the trim work and the landscape was cleaned up better than it was upon the crew’s arrival. Phoenix Tree and Landscape is a perfect example of how a business should be run — promptly return calls to customers; show up as promised; and do a quality job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.
