Brian at Phoenix Carpet Care was prompt, courteous and ever so thorough with his work on the carpets of my rental property. They look brand new. His prices were very reasonable and I look forward to using him again on all of my rental properties. I have had carpets cleaned in the past and have never been impressed with the results. The stains either were not completely removed or reappeared shortly after. However, Phoenix Carpet Care and Restoration has thoroughly impressed me. I use a wheelchair and am very hard on carpets. We also had some stains from oil that leaked out of a ceiling fan motor that was being replaced. Brian was able to get all of the stains out completely and they have not returned. The carpets look better then when we moved in. His equipment is powerful and removes so much of the water that our carpets were dry in a few hours. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

I have been living in my house for 13 years. I’ve rented those do-​it-​yourself carpet cleaners and had the carpet cleaned professionally in the past. After each time, they looked okay but it got to the point that I was ready to buy new carpet because the high traffic areas just looked destroyed. Then my friend got her carpet’s cleaned with Phoenix Carpet Care and Restoration Services and it looked amazing after. I decided to try cleaning them one last time. Phoenix Carpet Care and Restoration Services came in and honestly made my carpets look brand new. My stairs, which i thought were completely helpless, look like they did the day we moved in. I saved hundreds, maybe even thousands, of dollars because ofPhoenix Carpet Care and Restoration Services.
