Amy and Chad were awesome! We have a large family and it can be challenging to keep up with everyone. But they were super patient and helpful. They found us an amazing physical therapist who was just as accommodating. I appreciated the knowledge and support to help us in this challenging time after a bad car accident.

Phillips law group SUCK. TOO bad ZERO STARS is not available. They took my case to court. The Lawyer who I met 5 MINUTES befor court clearly did not review my case, and when the hired medical Dr said on transcripts that he was «on vacation and had only read 18» of the 250 PLUS PAGES of documents my «lawyer» made one remark (that there were over 250 pages submitted) he did not argue or push my case because he doesn’t care! Iv worked and been forced to deal with 4 people in this firm they do NOT CARE about the disabled people!!! they do not argue cases!!!, they shuffle you around and once the case was denied they said «it’s in MY BEST interest to get another lawyer «AND REFUSED TO RE SUBMITT. If u want to win a case DO NOT TRUST THEM you will tell your story for no reason. I gave them a perfect case and THEY BLEW IT. LOSER FIRM Also THEY DISTROY ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS AND YOU CAN NEVER GET ALL YOUR DOCUMENTATIONS BACK.

Highly recommend Phillips Law Group! My family & I were hit by a drunk driver last May & they settled our case with over 120k!!! They also treat you like family. I recommend working with Montana & Kris. Montana guided us through every step & piece of paperwork then Kris personally met me at the bank & spent about 5 hours setting up our kids with their settlement money into CD accounts. It means so much to us & we really appreciate their time & dedication.

In considering my experience, (without exaggeration) this law firm doesn’t deserve any stars. The lawyer assigned to me from this office was too busy for my case. He had so many other cases that he couldn’t focus on the details of mine. It was up to me to ensure that the court received the correct information in time for the projected court date. This place was terrible about returning phone calls, and/​or getting paperwork out on time. Also, my case required that I appear in court. The lawyer assigned to me from this office reassured me that they would appear in my place. This was far from the truth. I was called a day prior to the court appearance to show up to court by 9am. I was fortunate enough to be available and appear on time. I could’ve handle this entire case myself but I decided to be on the safe side and hire an attorney. Even though I won my case, I would never use these people again. Winning the case is the only reason why I didn’t take further action in reporting these individuals. They were very unprofessional and seemed incompetent at times. I am a very reasonable person, most people would not of put up with this level of unprofessionalism. So, this review is merely to help others and hopefully persuade them to spend their hard earned money at another law firm.

This place deserve «0″ starts. I contacted Philips law to assist me with my disability case… WORST DECISION EVER!!! I was dealing with Randall Harrison he did take the time to fill out the paperwork, once he did that I did not heard from him again. He told me to call Corina and deal wither if I had any questions. this was mid-​March I had to send in more paperwork to them and when I would call to see if they received it all I would talk to is their voicemail. Then one day I Corina called me to let me know that Maira V. is my case manager to caller with any questions. Maira likes to E-​mail and so do I, but she still took some time to reply to my E-​mails. Then one day I received a E-​mail from my Case Manager (Maira V.) telling me this » By the way there is a case manager who is assigned to you her name is Renee S. at 1800−503-XXXX ext 230. So I call Renee thinking she works at SS office, but no she works for Phillips Disability, I leave a voicemail and she takes 2 – 3 days to return my calls. All I want to know an update on my case. After me calling Social Security Office, and waited on hold for 70 minutes, I was told your lawyers office just call, you need to call them and have them give you our last update. I called Renee and yes I left a voicemail on a Friday, Renee returned my call the following Tuesday to let me know I was dropped as a client because my case was denied. I put my trust on phillips law group and they are lazy, unprofessional, do not care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Seeking general advice, the person on the phone was very impatient, would not let me finish my story, before telling me «Its not something we would get involved with» and hung up. I don’t recommend you call this firm.

Absolutely Horrible! It is Friday afternoon at 3:00 PM, I go to court Monday morning at 8:30 AM, I still can not get a hold of my so called Attorney. I called the office numerous times, all I do is leave messages, no one ever calls back. I never even spoke at all with my so called attorney, EVER! This is the first time I am dealing with this, and I’m left high and dry. I have been waiting to go to court for 2 years, now what? Thanks for nothing Phillips Law. You are exactly why most people hate Lawyers.

Drucilla helped me out so much throughout my process. I had got in a bad accident where my friend had passed away and I broke my clavicle. She helped me through the whole processes not just financially but emotionally as well. I’m glad I went through Phillips law group for my needs.

You want to be treated less than human while injured from an automobile accident… well then you’ve found the place. They literally add insult to injury.
Sarcasm aside, I echo the other reviewers’ assessments of this business and caution those reading this review to stay away. My husband and I were involved in an accident approximately 3 years ago. This was our first MVA, and we were both injured and naïve as to what to do. Under the advisement of our physician we decided to seek out a professional law firm to represent us through this scary process. At the time, this firm did not have a Unilocal rating; otherwise I would have steered clear.
We have spent over 2 ½ years dealing with the inadequate, unprofessional service and the disrespect that this firm chooses to dole out to their clients. The paralegal assigned to our case failed to send important documents through the mail as required, and it is typical for emails and voicemails to go unreturned. More than once I felt that I was putting the attorney out by requesting information; and more than once the attorney would not deign to speak with me but rather instructed me to follow through with the paralegal that refused to return my calls.
During the actual depositions and arbitration, I felt that the Phillips attorneys were ill-​informed and fumbling. This is by no fault of mine or my husband’s as we were highly prepared and provided detailed updates to each of the half dozen attorneys that our case changed hands through. From one month to the next, our case was turned over to a new attorney and we had to explain who we were all over again. Even at the time that I arrived to pick up my settlement check, the paralegal still had no idea who I was or who was involved in my case. I understand this firm has many clients, but in this type of matter diligent note taking and bookkeeping should be the standard. Just to provide the reader with an idea of how this firm drags their feet — our settlement checks arrived May 14^th, meaning the firm can deposit checks with our POA documents and then pay out clinicians, take their 40% add in any medpay from the insurance company and then cut us a check. I only received my portion last week and my husband still hasn’t received an update on his. Today is July 2^nd. Over the past 7 weeks his 5 emails have gone completely unreturned. If we do not hear back by next week we will contact the AZ Attorney Consumer Assistance Program.
My advice to anybody facing litigation due to a personal injury case is to fully research the firm you choose. I am now kicking myself for not putting more time into my search. My only explanation for choosing this joke business is that I was injured, scared and desperately wanted somebody to tell me that they were going to help me. In an automobile accident a person already feels that they need to be guarded against the other drivers and insurance companies and defense attorneys. They shouldn’t feel like they require protection from their own attorney as well. In the case of Phillips Law Group, what you see in your initial consultation is NOT what you get. The expensive advertising, the high rise office space and office girls in 5 inch stiletto’s is all a smoke and mirror façade in the end.

Keep as far away from this law group. All they are is a bunch of hacks. Paid them 25k to defend my son, and the lawyer we got was more conserned about his getting Judge pro tempore than the case he was being paid for. I could have done a better job. Everything was done at the last minute, Half of the time he did not show. Did not ask questions of the witnesses like he should have. Would not answer any of my questions. If I had know at that point that I could have gotten another lawyer, I would have ran as fast as I could. When we first went in, they were more conserned about getting paid, then my sons case. I guess I was so scared, that I did’t use my head. Keep as far away from these crooks as you can. And then they had the nerve to ask my son if he wanted to be in one of there comercials praising their company. Especially after they lost the case. Keep as far away from these hacks as you can get.

worst experience trying to cancel my case. Jason Flory at X 399 the biggest unprofessional Jerk in the world with complete lack of any people skills. Doesn’t even check his own voice mail and when his assistant is out of the office they don’t get checked. Had to drive all the way down there to talk to him face to face, dressed like a slob, wrinkled suit. I do not recommend this firm to anyone for anything. we have been trying for over a month to get our $ back
