Payless Shoe Source

Haven’t been inside Payless for quite some time, but my sister told me the shoe selection has improved. Was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a comfort women’s shoe line for some heels, boots, etc. I bought a pair of high heels for work that are a nude color and they are the most comfortable high heel shoe that I own. Plus you can’t beat the prices! Friendly staff too!

I love Payless! Sadly, I will not be returning to this store. What a waste of time.
After finding the shoes I wanted, I asked the associate if she could find me a smaller size. She came over, looked at the wall and said «no, we don’t have them.» She then walked away. I took the box over to her and asked her to find them at another store. She said «no one else has them.» Fine.
I pointed to the wall of socks and asked if those were the only socks (I wanted black crew socks). She said «yes, everything we have is out.» After wandering around for a few minutes, I found out there is another wall of socks for women. The socks I wanted were there. Why not tell me that? Fine.
I settled for a different pair of shoes that were on sale. When I took them up to the front, I was told they were not on sale and that they never go on sale. I then told her that many similar shoes have sale tags. I think there was a huge language barrier because she didn’t speak much English. Not sure if the shoes were mislabeled or what. Seemed incredibly dishonest to have sale tags on several boxes and then not honor the price at the cash register. Most unorganized and unprofessional Payless I’ve ever been to. Shame on them.

After shopping at almost every other shoe store in the area, Payless was the only one that had shoes in my daughter’s size that 1) fit well 2) she liked and 3) didn’t cost me $ 60 a pair.
They are holding up better than her Stride Rite shoes, too.

Yes, I agree with Alicia. I always receive friendly and genuine service at this Payless. The employees are very kind hearted and seem to enjoy thier jobs.

I got to give this location «5» stars. Every time I visit I am always greeted the moment I walk through the door. Plus everyone is always so helpful. I stopped by yesterday real quick to grab some shoe insoles. The gentleman who greeted me was very nice. He got me in and out very quick and thanked me for coming in. I am always impressed with this location. By the way this store is always so neat and clean. It sure does «pay more to payless!»
