My major issue is that property management teams can act like slum lords. I have had water damage/mold from the neighbors apt that leaked into my wall going on for about two months now. Still no idea when it will be fixed. Their accountant Lisa is unprofessional and on another level of rude… Consistent attitude if you don’t work well with others and or communicate with others… Probably stay away from careers that involve communication with other humans would never deal with them as a owner or renter. Unless you just don’t give a fuck. I will be moving out soon enough. To Dave because I don’t know how to reply to your comment I have saved and documented all of the«rude» emails and for a major leak to happen in a neighbors apartment and leak into my bedroom for a MONTH destroy rugs and designer curtains. Not cool very slummy. Also the repair to the wall still hasn’t happened I’ve had people come and give estimates and no actual repairs done. Who knows what is growing in the wall now… This started early to mid September And it’s November 10th there’s a reason your company has awful reviews. Thanks for your input though.

We inadvisedly used them to manage property in Phoenix. It became apparent that they have poor(if any) ability to properly screen tenants. We discovered tenant abuse of property when the properties came up for sale. Almost certainly, they did no routine property inspection while properties were leased. And they let HOA assessments become delinquent after tenants moved out. All in all very disappointing.

I rented a townhouse managed by Paramount from May 2009 through 2010. I did not experience any repair problems(though when I moved in, there were a couple broken door knobs and the shower curtain rod was missing, and the kitchen cabinets were covered in a layer of grease, but those issues [minus the dirty cabinets] were fixed within a couple days of moving in) or issues with rent payments while I was living in the unit(I paid online), when I moved out, I had an outstanding balance that the security deposit didn’t cover. I paid the balance within a week of receiving the bill(though they made no attempt to contact me by phone or mail before sending the debt to a collection agency), the check was cashed and endorsed by PPMR, but they turned around and sold the debt to a collection agency. It took weeks of calling(calls go straight to voicemail, even during business hours) and emailing the property manager in order to get proof of payment, all the while my credit score was affected.

DONOT use this company. Terrible. ZEROCOMMUNICATION and very snippy. They forget that you are the customer and are paying them. Sit on your rent money until the 16th or 17th of each month. DONOTFOLLOW through on a timely basis. Stay far away.
