In line with my other review, I’ve had another experience with trying a location at the Promenade when I should have gone to the Desert Ridge instead.
I needed to have a stamp made at the copy center. I’ve worked at an OfficeMax before, specifically in the copy center, so I know how to make a stamp. I brought in my design on my flash drive and had three different file versions to avoid any problems. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to work the stamp-​making program. I tried to give her some hints but she kept offering to charge me to recreate it. I can appreciate her hustle but I’m not gonna pay to have my stamp redesigned because she wasn’t properly trained. I left the promenade and drove straight to desert ridge.
The guy at desert ridge knew exactly how to work the program and I had my stamp in no time. He even printed off different versions of the test film to compare the sizing before making the stamp itself. I really appreciate that he took the time to make sure it was perfect, considering it was the night before Thanksgiving and the staff was setting up for Black Friday.
