I used MrRekey when I purchased my new home and the locksmith was professional, courteous, and friendly.
They arrived on time and provided excellent service.
I used them again after a contractor lost a key and they again did a stellar job!
I would recommend the service to anyone!

Before we employed this company in Phoenix we asked if there would be a problem with mailing the new keys to us in Canada. Answer was no. The work was done on August 3… we didn’t receive the new keys until Sept. 10!!! We had emailed them numerous times during this time as to where our keys were… first it was claimed they had been mailed shortly after the work was done. By the third week in August with still no sign of them we phoned them on Sept.1.They said there had been some problems with customs so they were mailing the keys again. When we finally received them in a cardboard envelope it was very disconcerting to see that they included in their return address «Mr. Rekey» which clearly indicates what is in the package. But what was really alarming was the original paper envelope contained within the cardboard envelope that they had attempted to mail… postmark Aug. 31… it was a window envelope that displayed the invoice & anyone handling it could see the address where the locksmith had changed the locks. And you could feel the keys inside. I would never use these people again. Not trustworthy… a locksmith who can’t keep track of keys.

Mr Rekey is the most professional locksmith I’ve ever used. For personal, for business. you name it, they can do it & do it well! Not only are they helpful & fast but affordable too!
