Purchasing a mattress can be quite overwhelming with so many choices out there, but Janet at the Mattress Firm located at 4747 E. Bell Rd. turned it into a wonderful experience! She was knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful. I went in to purchase a mattress for my son, and I will definitely go back to purchase one for myself when the time comes.

I am so happy I went to Mattress Firm on Bell Rd. From the second I walked in, I was greeted by Janet and shown around the store. She was so pleasant to work with and very helpful, explaining the differences between each mattress. I decided to purchase the Serta and am waiting for it to be delivered to my door in just a few days. She really made me feel good about my purchase because I could tell she wanted the best for me and the Veterans Day Sale price really helped me out, after all this is my first mattress purchase for my first apartment! I recommend going to this location and speaking to Janet, she really knows a lot and will try to help you get the best mattress within your budget. 5 stars for the great service and the wide selection. I definitely recommend going to this location to purchase a super quality mattress!

After a bad first time we decided to return!
I must say Janet helped us so much this time and was awesome.
She sold us a wonderful bed that feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud and gave us some pillows (there in the guest room) we have there gel pillows on our bed!
Delivery came on time and the guys set everything up perfectly!

They were awesome and quick with everything. Jacob pointed us to the right direction. He even help with staying within our budget and we got a great bed out of it. We got our mattress next day even with the holiday.

I popped into this location after work just to test out some mattresses and ended up getting a great deal from the salesman that I couldn’t pass up. He spent personalized time to make sure I felt comfortable with my choices without any pressure on making a purchase. Now I can say I’m a proud new mattress owner!

I’ve purchased several mattresses from Sleep America over the years. This sale to Mattress Firm /​Mattress Pro has gone badly. I purchased a floor model Jan 12th. It was to be delivered Jan 16 but no call no show, turns out they lost the box springs so they would be there the next evening and gave us 2 pillows & a mattress pad to make up for it. Again no call no show. They’ve lost the bed completely now. They had us go down
the street to pick out another mattress that wasn’t a clearance item. Thinking the end was in site I was happy but it’s 2 weeks now and still no bed. I feel for the employees, they are stuck in the middle with no back up support.

I made a return visit to purchase a Tempurpedic with adjustable bed frame for an elderly, debilitated friend of mine. Janet was very informative and helpful, always professional and a pleasure to do business with. The bed was delivered and the frame was a bit too high to be safely navigated in and out.
