I have gone to this provider’s office twice just to give them the benefit of the doubt. During both visits, Dr. O rushed through the consultation, seemed annoyed at my questions, behaved in a rude, unprofessional manner and simply walked out of the room without explanation once the visit appeared to be over. His office staff and medical assistants try to be helpful and are at least courteous, but half the time they really did not have a clue what is going on.
Needless to say, I will not be returning. Now the hunt for a new primary care physician begins… Any suggestions?

If there was a no star rating, I would certainly choose. Please research another, because this so called doctor is less than mediocre. You feel rushed when trying to get your concerns addressed and offers no answers or provides options.
The office staff is also not helpful, especially when you’re trying to get a hold of the doctor to go over test results. His time is more valuable than yours.

I have had many physicians over the years. Dr. Oppong-Takyi is terrific. I like his calm, friendly manner and have full confidence in his diagnosis and treatment. It’s so good to find a really good primary care physician.

Great, warm atmosphere! The staff is so nice and friendly. Doctor O is very warm and is upfront and gets to the root of the issue for you. I went in with a possible issue and he immediately checked me out and ordered tests that were associated. So glad I found this practice!
