DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They never showed up at the set time, I called and a woman answered, saying she would call the driver and she where they were at. She called back 15 minutes later, and said they got held up at an apartment, and would meet us in 2 hours… once again we waited, and I called again, she give me the driver’s name & phone number, to see where he was, I called the number and an older hispanic woman answered, I asked her for Darin, and she said she spoke no english. I called Kevin’s junk removal once again, now one answered, went it went straight to voice mail. It’s now, 7:10pm, and still no call from them!!! If you want someone who is reliable, don’t use Kevin’s junk removal!!!

I thought they were great! I had way too much stuff to take to the dump and they came and removed it all for a fair fee on the same day I called. They really saved me a ton of time and energy I didn’t have and they were very responsive with calling me about the time they will arrive.

Rude telephone service and it’s actually NOT free. It’s the opposite of free! They tried to charge me to take my filing cabinets that they’re probably going to make money off of anyway. Don’t be fooled by the name «Kevin’s Free Junk Removal.» They should definitely change the name and their rude employee who hung up on me as soon as I said «nevermind».

Called for a pick up and got a quote for $ 50-​$ 60 for 1 couch! I thought it was free! «Not for junk removal». Maybe they should change the name.

Did online schedule… got a confirmation and was super hopeful. No show. Called, left a message. No call back. Total Dud. Concerned they are gathering name/​address info for identify theft. Hope not.

I’ve called several times and left messages. No one returned calls. I was going to even offer to pay for removal of my items and even said this in my voicemail. Over the course of 2 weeks I called but somehow my calls went unanswered. Whatever!

Not sure what all the negative reviews were for. They were fabulous. The woman who answered their phone was very helpful and and communicative. They had to reschedule, but called and gave me plenty of notice. They showed up on time and were able to take most of what I needed to be hauled away. For a free service I have absolutely no complaints!!! Would definitely use them again.
