Ryan’s awesome, I found iCracked on Google cause I broke my iPhone 5C. He came through and fixed the screen in less then 40 minutes. Along with educating me on the device. Definitely recommend iCracked! My phone broke and I scheduled an appointment. Easy and convenient.

Ryan has to be the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. He came to my house to repair my screen but didn’t have all the equipment to complete the job. He left saying he would be back the next morning. I have him a $ 30 tip and expected to see him to finish fixing my phone. Long story short he kept in contact via my texts, but always had excuses about making it back over. After 5 days of trying he has completely avoided me. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. I will make sure to warn everyone about this incompetent «tech». There are so many cheaper techs that take their job seriously– don’t waste your time and take a chance with this 21 yr old kid.

I have gotten two cracked Iphones fixed from a guy named Ryan Wilkie each phone he came to my house on time and was able to fix them in a really short period of time plus I got a free temper glass invishield with each one! I usually don’t leave reviews but I was really satisfied with his customer service skills and how fast he was able to come to my house and how fast he was able to fix it once he arrived

Ryan was quick to respond and helpful with answering my questions. He also was able to accommodate my schedule and rearrange our meetup on the same day a couple hours in advance. My iPhone 5c is not cracked anymore, yay!

My husband cracked his 5C screen during our move and I didn’t really know where to go. So I searched googled and found iCracked. I sent in my info and received a text message later in the day from Ryan. It actually took us about a week before we set up an appointment and I apologized for keeping him waiting and he was very understanding. My step-​son then also broke his screen so it was time to get them fixed. Ryan was able to set up an appointment for the next day and he met me at the location I chose near my home. He ran a few minutes late due to traffic but kept me updated on his arrival. He fixed both phones quickly and made sure they were working! I definitely recommend the company.

I scheduled an appointment with Ryan for 1130. He never showed up. The first text I got from him was not until 12:30. I called
to let them know what happened and they gave me 2 other tech’s information. One tech said he does not repair ipods and the other tech said he just used his last ipod screen and it would take up to a week for a new shipment with the holidays around the corner. Luckily one of the techs actually referred me to another company in downtown Phoenix called «Hookup Cellular». This company repaired my ipod touch for $ 55 (icrackedit quoted $ 80) in one hour (icrackedit said it would be an overnight repair job)! Thanks for the recommendation icrackedit!!!

I heard of this company about a year ago. I have read and heard nothing other than great reviews. As fate would have it, it was my turn to request a phone with a cracked screen to be repaired.
I initiated an online service request and was contacted, via text, by Ryan approximately 15 minutes later. The content of the text provided an estimate and warranty information. Lastly, within the same text, he asked if I would like him to schedule an appointment. I responded, via text, that I was available that afternoon but never received any further response from him. Within the following two hours, I sent two additional text messages to Ryan asking if he needed any additional information. No response.
Later the same day, I made a second online service request. After an hour of no response, the company notified me a tech had not responded because it was busy. I cancelled the request.
The following day, I made a third online request for service. You guessed it, after a few hours, no response whatsoever. I cancelled the third request and took my service to another company who fixed my phone for a cheaper price.
I did not need the phone fixed immediately. An appointment sometime within the following week would have sufficed. No response after an initial contact??? Not a good first impression.
There is my story. You decide.

I dropped my IPhone this morning and shattered the screen. I was at home, not feeling well, so I searched the net for the nearest, cheapest repair place because this is the only phone I use. I found ICracked and contacted them. Tim responded and we arranged an appointment for him to come to my home. I was a little afraid turning my phone over to a complete stranger. I thought the repair would be done in my home. Tim explained that it had to be done in a dust fee environment. Within an hour and a half he was back. My phone is perfect, crack free with a screen protector too. He did an awesome job. Perfect service, great price. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Work was completed promptly and professionally. Ryan did a great job with the repair and was very courteous. The screen was like new and we are very grateful. I would certainly recommend them for iPhone repairs in the future.

My daughter dropped our first gen ipad and shattered the screen so I was either going to pay $ 500 for a new one for my 3yr old or try and get the screen replaced. I found I cracked thru Unilocal and It was super convenient they meet me at work picked up my ipad and brought it back a few days later. Ryan was extremely professional and went out of his way to get the service done right the first time.

Ryan was very professional and quick! I called at 1:24PM, he met me at Starbucks and had my cracked screen replaced by 2:12PM. It works great. I would highly recommend this services for iPhone repairs.
