Horrible, horrible, place to live. They let people break the rules including letting their patios look like Sanford and Son and risking safety by letting plants on the stairs landings, even after I’ve complained numerous times. The residents use stolen store carts like homeless people and their kids loiter until late at night. There is no security or landscaping and the trash regularly overflows and stinks. I’d break my lease but they would charge me the months whether I was there or not. This is a government subsidised complex but I don’t think it’s worth even just the part I pay. Oh, and like to get hasseled? Numerous ‘inspections’ throughout the year. For what? I haven’t a clue.
