After getting estimates from several roofers, we chose Dynamic Roofing because of the owner’s thoroughness in checking out our roof, listening to the issues we had, and finding solutions for them.
We have a spray-​on foam roof, and It took two days to complete the job. On the last day as the crew pressure-​washed the roof prior to leaving, I called their attention to my leaking skylight. One of the managers came out later to inspect that area and applied a simple fix – but it still leaked.
The owner came out to inspect and saw the area around the skylight had not been roofed correctly, so he had the crew come back out that week and redo that area. He also noticed some places didn’t have enough foam, so he had them redo those areas as well. There was no blaming, no drama, and no trying to readjust the quote.
I am very impressed by the honesty of this company, both that they would admit a mistake and also fix the mistake at monetary loss to themselves. A company with integrity is a rare gem.
