Rude staff. Barely speak good English. Orders are always wrong and when attempting to correct they get mad at you. Wouldn’t take my money here for those clowns

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got stuck in the drive thru this morning for 35 minutes! 35 minutes for one cup of coffee! When I finally got to the window, the worker gave me the coffee and said it was free for my wait. I was so angry that I chose not to say anything to her. As I drove away she said, «rude ass bitch». Unbelievable! The worst part is I think the worker MAY have been the store manager. Never again!

Horrible, horrible & even more horrible. Stopped in for a ½ dozen donuts however, the choices were nearly nonexistent. No apple fritters, no cream filled, no jelly filled, no chocolate with or without frosting and no plain glazed. I sadly ended up purchasing a dozen donut holes of which there were only 3 types available. I left the store with a dozen, smashed, stale & weirdly colored rocks. Never, ever again. Circle K is much closer & they always have apple fritters.

Let me preface this by saying I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and have loved most of the donut flavors for years… however this morning, my experience at THIS location was less than stellar. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! I walked in, was not that busy, and looked like there may have been two or three cars in the drive through lane. By the time I walked up to the counter the cashier was free but immediately turned away and started doing other things and was laughing with his stoner buddy. I get it you’re young, you work at a donut shop, you’re making minimum wage, sure I can expect some of this. Waited at the counter patiently for about 4 minutes and at least three different employees walked by and didn’t even make eye contact with me or acknowledge me! Very rude I understand if they were slammed busy still you acknowledge every customer that comes in the door! I was so pissed I steamed out of there and went a mile up the road to a much better friendlier Dunkin Donuts

No, just no. I ordered a sandwich, you were out of the bread. Fine I selected another. You were out of the jelly munchkins. Fine I ordered different ones. Except the guy didn’t know what they looked like and you were out of those too so instead brought me a dozen of the driest most stale glazed munchkins I’ve seen. The glaze was falling off. I told the guy I didn’t want them and waited for a refund but his response was, «do you need a straw or something?». Seriously, I’ve been doing customer service for over 20 years. A) the stale holes should have been free, an apology should have been issued since four of the things I asked for you were out of, and for damned sure a refund on returned merchandise. I’m not expecting more than old burned coffee and subpar frozen donuts at dunkin but you should at least have stocked items and plans for customers when you don’t. This is not the first time I’ve had a similar experience.

Worst place ever. Every time we go here they’re out of something. They never have Dunkaccinos. Today they were completely out of bagels. Two previous times we came they gave us the wrong coffees, and charged us for extra cream cheese but gave us absolutely none. I think it’s safe to say we definitely won’t be going here again.

Never coming back! Two guys and both just wasted my time, I placed my order twice and they still couldn’t complete it. It’s coffee, and all I asked for was just crème. They charged me for someone else’s order and I was the only one in the store. Uugghhh ! I walked out without my morning fix empty handed and frustrated. unfortunately I’m considering returning after 6 years to my Saturday coffee from Starbucks

I go here 2 – 3 times a week to get an iced coffee and a donut. However, every time I come here I ask for a ‘French Cruller’ and they never have them! They are always sold out. It’s very disappointing. I’ve been coming to this location since November of 2014 and I’ve only been able to get this donut one time. Please start making more, if you’re company is aware it’s a top seller make more. Thx

It’s worth going out of your way for this location. Staff is extremely friendly and recognizes regulars. They used to have some spotty management about a year and a half ago but it seems to have changed for the better. Employees seem to get along and are upbeat and cheery and make my drinks more accurately than other locations in the area!

This location absolutely SUCKS! Every single time Im here there is an issue. The staff flat out doesn’t listen, and even when repeating the order multiple times the order is STILL wrong! Its annoying inconveniencing and rude! When your paying 5 – 7 bucks for breakfast/coffee you at least expect to have the order right without having to taste the coffee and look at the food right in front of them. After approximately 15+ visits to this location over the years, today was my last time dealing with them. I highly suggest if you live in the neighborhood to drive the extra half mile to Starbucks, who has better coffee anyways!

Had the bacon and egg bagel combo with hash browns. The bagel was good, coffee so-so, hash browns a tad soggy. I’m not sure how they cooked the egg and the bacon as there was no frying going on. A toaster? At 5.49 for the combo I’m feeling a little eater’s remorse right now. I could have had an espresso and a muffin at Cartel for that. Dammit. I hate myself. I’m getting fat too. ;(

So as a special treat I decided to get my kids a donuts for breakfast this morning, so we left the house extra early to give us time to run by the Dunkin Donuts by our house. I pulled up and there were about 5 cars in the drive thru, and I didn’t think too much of it, so I pulled in behind them. Before I knew it I had people behind me and I was committed to the drive thru lane. Well, we got trapped in their drive thru lane for so long that by the time I reached the order marquee I was late for work and my son was late for school. And remember that we left early to allow enough time to get donuts and to get to work and school. That’s how long we sat in the drive thru! Finally I placed my order, I told the employee that I needed 2 frosted donuts; that was it. The employee that took my order sounded like she half asleep and mumbling her words, I suspect SHE was the cause for the long delay today. Anyway, finally at the window I find out from the manager that my simple order of 2 donuts had suddenly morphed into a dozen donut holes and an iced mocha coffee. WTF? I told her that wasn’t right and she corrected it and got my children’s 2 donuts, but as she was running my debit card another employee, the one I suspected had taken my order in the first place, reached out the window to hand me the iced mocha that I didn’t order! I had to refuse that coffee and tell the employee it wasn’t mine! Finally I got my donuts, but I noticed later I didn’t get a receipt. As an apology for the wait(I guess since she didn’t specify) the manager said she included a third donut, but honestly, it would be nice if they’d just speed up the drive thru service, especially considering that the way their drive through is positioned, once you are in it, with cars behind you, there in literally no way to exit it early. Ugh. So frustrating having to explain to my boss that I was late over 2 stupid donuts!

what a joke! just left the drive-through ordered a hazelnut coffee got hot coffee with cream and sugar ordered old-fashioned doughnut got a plain donut ordered an egg wrap got burnt cheese will not be back ever. All this after repeating the order for five times.

Super duper nice staff here. Plus no matter how long the line at the drive-thru is, it doesn’t take long(it’s overwhelming sometimes!) Today I got my usual black coffee in a Christmas cup. Either they’re way on top of their game and starting early, or they still have green and red cups left from last year. Either way, it made me realize it’s never too early to start my Christmas shopping. Anyhoo, for some reason, every time I come through here, I never get hot stuff. Coffee is lukewarm — at best — and breakfast sandwiches always have an icy cold center. Perhaps staff is so adamant about quick service times that they pull stuff from the oven too soon? Not sure, but I’d rather wait a bit longer for a fresh pot of coffee and hot eggs!

This Dunkin Donut location is just plain unprofessional and the service is just horrible. No matter how precise i am about my order they always seem to get my order wrong. I love DD but this location is just careless on providing great service to the customers.
