I wasn’t sure if my last review went through. I called and got a quote over the phone and the price never changed and there were no hidden fees. Carlton showed up early this morning even though I called last minute and got to work. We have toddlers and our carpets were terrible. He stayed for hours until every stain including chocolate milk, heavily soiled traffic areas, and even lipstick was removed. Very nice guy and very thorough with his work. Looks better now than when we first moved in. Best price I found in the area too. Awesome company ill definitely use again next time.

BUYERBEWARE! I purchased a daily deal for 3 rooms plus a hallway for $ 59. After calling THREETIMES and leaving messages to schedule an appointment, I emailed them with my concerns that they had taken my money and wouldn’t be providing the service. They finally called and scheduled me. Then when they finally got to my house(40 min late and stinking like cigarettes), they did a decent job. HOWEVER, after walking thru my house after they left I noticed that they DIDNOTCLEANTHEWHOLEROOMS! They only did the high-traffic areas. So basically, about ¼ of each room and only the very center of the hallway. And there are places that still look dirty. What a scam. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY.

I bought a deal for carpet cleaning and scheduled my appointment. An hour after my appointment time, they called to cancel.(They claimed the truck broke down… same thing I see in another review here in February & I saw another complaint posted on the deal site in April with the same excuse. If their truck is really breaking down every month, they need a new truck.) They were apologetic and said they would call back the next day to reschedule. After getting no call back, I have since left 3 messages in the past two weeks that have all gone un-returned. At this point, I would not use them even if they did eventually call back.

I bought the Weekly Plus deal for carpet cleaning. At the time of the appt. they called to say they were running late, ok. not a huge deal, I appreciated the phone call. My place is pretty spotless and I moved all of the furniture out of the way for them. I just needed high foot traffic areas shampooed. The owner of the company was the one who cleaned my carpets. He noticed I had an area that could use a carpet repair and recommended their service. I accepted their rate and set up an appointment for the following week. A half an hour before the scheduled appointment he cancelled and said he would call back to reschedule(never did). Flash forward a couple of weeks, I called him to reschedule and he said he will get back to me later that night. flash forward a couple of days no returned phone call… wow(and not in a good way). I would give their carpet cleaning a B. I would give their customer service an F… don’t I feel like a moron for tipping them on their first visit.

The cleaned our carpets this week and did a great job. The only hiccup is that the team scheduled to do our home broke down. The owner called to alert me and he was clearly upset. As a fellow small business owner, I very much appreciate the communication when things go wrong. He arrived to do the job himself and they applied a sealant for free since they arrived so far behind the scheduled time. I would definitely call them again!
