I should have read the 6 month old review on the minute clinic before I went there yesterday. My bad. But you’re good! Beware of the minute clinic here. I also went in with breathing issues, and sinus issues. It resembled the pneumonia and sinus infection last year. I told her I had been sick for a week with a 102 fever. My temp was 99.5 when I went in. She said I had none of the sinus infection and lungs were clear. She said I had allergies and said I should buy their Flonase. So I bought into it and went home. The Flonase burned my nose and shot my blood pressure up. The next morning I literarily struggled to breathe. I had to go to my primary dr which is urgent care. They weren’t going to accept me I was that bad. The real dr. Said my sinus and ears were running like crazy with infection. My lungs were so tight she couldn’t here them. They gave me emergency antibiotic and steroid shot. Put me on amoxycillan and steroid pak ASAP. Yes real medicine. If they think I’m going to pay for minute clinic incompetence they are nuts. I am thinking about taking them to small claims court. I’m sick of this incompetence! Update: my official diagnosis from the real dr. The next morning Was bronchitis, ear and sinus infection. How could she had missed that? I’m getting my charges reversed at least. But beware is all I can say.

Don’t waste your time with the minute clinic, I went in to be told I just needed Claritin issues for my cough soar throat and itchy eye which was not the only thing I was experiencing, I was also coughing up bloody mucus and other thing, but to the it was a sign that I am having pollen issues. Come to find out after three more days of progressively getting worse I had bronchitis and pink eye which was going around the kids school which she was told. She just took my vitals charged me and sent me on my way with bogus information. I feel if you are going to have snake oil salesmen please advertise it and be honest. Don’t do it wait for your real doctor to help. Save your time and money

The store staff and pharmacy staff are always attentive and courteous at this location. The old photo supervisor guy however is very slow, has zero personality, and always takes forever at the register.

I fill our prescriptions here. We switched from Safeway and I’m glad we did. This CVS is fast, the staff is nice, and they understand that you want your prescription right away when you have a sick kid in the car.

This store is close to my home, so I am in there at least once a week. I can easily get in and out of the store, which is excellent for convenience shopping. The store is immaculate, and I can easily find anything that I’m looking for. I have found every staff member of the store to be pleasant, helpful and accommodating. In addition, the staff that work in the pharmacy are also some of the nicest people I’ve met. They know who I am, and make me feel welcome and appreciated to be coming to their pharmacy. I also applaud CVS’ move to stop selling cigarettes. I think this is a progressive company, and is committed to the health of our country. I prefer this store over the Walgreens that is in my area. I find Walgreen stores to be dirty, with lots of stuff laying in the aisles and no one to help. In addition, the Walgreens rewards program is a total joke, while I always get heaps and heaps of coupons at CVS. I choose to visit this CVS over any other store that sells similar products and provide similar services in my neighborhood. If you’re in the North Valley, and you need to go to a CVS store, this one is the best…

Horrible customer service. I’m not sure how the photo supervisor got the job because he has no social skills. The store is convenient but after having 4 awful experiences I will make the trip up to walgreens where I have only received great customer service. Thanks for the let down CVS.

The Pharmacy is helpful and staffed properly. The counter person always greets you as you walk in the door. The layout is functional and easy to find what you are looking for. It is also very clean. What more can I say? Nice experience.
