Cooper Climate Control

We had a system that had been with the house since it was built so we knew our day was coming and sure enough the temperature went up and our old AC went to a better place. This all happened while I was in San Francisco and my wife was left to deal with everything on her own. That’s where Kendall comes in. What a guy. He got us what we needed and had the delivery/​installation guys out the next day. He checked in several times during the installation and got up into the attic to make sure that everything met his standards and ours. The workers were fantastic as well and put plastic down so as not to mark up our carpet, dealt with my labrador, all of this while dealing with 100 temps outside and whatever the temperature was in the attic. When it came to the paperwork Kendall was there for us again. He had pre-​filled all the papers in for warranty, rebates, and is currently dictating what I should type…(just kidding, but that’s the only thing he didn’t do for us.) Great company and great guys. I can’t wait until this unit breaks in 20 years, I’m calling Cooper Climate Control!

Our AC & Furnace (split system) was 12+ years old. Was getting noisier and we were having repair people out too often. Long story short we contacted Cooper Climate Control and now have new duct work plus a larger & much more efficient Lennox AC installed. Our house now cools to the desire temp in minutes (honest!) rather that the long slow cooling we were used to. We can not speak highly enough about Cooper Climate. Their employees were clean, polite, dressed appropriately and clearly new what they were doing. Due to the amount of duct work we wanted done this was a 2 day install. The employees worked till almost 9pm (seriously, who does that?) the first night to get the system running so we could cool the house to sleep. The 2^nd day they showed up & finished the additional duct work and explained the system to us. Kendall Ryan (boss man) was here several times during the install to oversee their work. Today (day 3) Kendall was out again to personally inspect the finished project. This included him crawling into the attic again for a full review of the work performed. He answered all of our questions and helped us with the paperwork for the SRP rebate. I don’t know how he or his employees could have done anything to make this any better than it was. One more thing: when the employees left there was no mess of any sort remaining. They even brought in a vacuum to clean up any dust around the crawlspace & into our hallway.

I was price shopping for 2 new a/​c units and air handlers for my 23 year old home. I breed and show Bernese Mt. Dogs so I have a lot of them in the house. I keep my house at 72 degrees year round for the comfort of my dogs. Many of the companies giving me quotes were more than happy to quote me for the most expensive, variable speed unit that I was inquiring about. Not Kendall. He said that it wouldn’t work for me because of the amount of dogs I have constantly creating heat in my house. I needed units with constant force. These units were cheaper! After coming to my house and checking out my dog situation and then looking at my duct work, he sat down with me and explained to me what I needed, every step so that I fully understood it. Very reasonable price! My units were installed the following week. His guys were here like ants just working in the background and getting it done. I was up and running with both units by the end of the day! They are quiet and it is cold! My dogs will love it!

We’ve used Kendall for many of our rental properties and he’s always very responsive to us. He recently helped us put in a new unit in our personal property and fixed problems with our other unit. He was very helpful and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend Cooper Climate to anyone looking for AC service and repair.
