When the word«disappointed» comes to mind, this bank will forever come to mind. This location is obviously a busy location and based on the traffic — nothing out of the ordinary for a Saturday. We came here to perform a business transaction and had to wait for over an hour to have a simple question answered. When speaking with the manager, Antonio Lara, we were repeatedly told that the one person with whom we needed to speak was the only person they had. There were 5 other sets of people sitting here as well– two or three gave up after 40 minutes. The teller line was repeatedly longer than most and the people in line were complaining how slow the line was moving. Don’t get me wrong, I get that there are things that take time to process, but to have a manager walking back and forth and doing NOTHING to make the situation better — it’s a little unnerving. Total fail today Chase. Total fail.
