Great shop, Highly recommend! Very honest and straight forward. I can’t tell enough people how great these guys are. Nice to find a small business with honest people.

If you want good service and honest, this is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. They stand by their work and don’t try to up-sell. The waiting area is meager, but they offer wifi. Better, there are decent food and coffee options nearby. Oh, if you buy tires from them, they fix any flats for free, an added benefit if not often needed. They won’t install your parts, but I’ve never felt they marked up more than reasonable.

They are very pleasant but I will never get work done here. My check engine light was on and they told me to come in early for faster service. I woke up early and came in. Then I told them what Auto Zone said the error message was. 40 minutes of waiting and pacing before I ask, «What’s going on?» They told me they were«doing tests.» I got out of him they were plugging it into the computer… that takes 20 seconds. He came in a few minutes later and told me the error message that Auto Zone had already told me as if he was some fricking scientist that discovered some new problem. Going to them was a serious waste of my time. I came in early because they told me to and they wasted 40 minutes of my time. Also, check their filtered reviews.

Tim & Ross at Chapman tires are very professional. I always get my tires from them and any tire repair needed. Staff is friendly and only after a couple of visits(months apart) they remembered my name.

The guys who work at Chapman Tire are great. Not only did they call me «young lady» which made me(internally) giggle like a school girl, but they even braved digging through my husband’s pit of a car looking for his wheel lock tool. Even though they didn’t find it, they had already sold me on a return visit with their wit and charm. I came back today, having replaced the locking lug nuts, and had them look at the slow leak in a tire. They got me in right away, found a big olé nail, patched it, and sent me on my way for a measly $ 10. Just about all of the other customers I saw in the shop seemed like old friends of the staff, or at the very least, repeat customers. I’ll be one of those, I just know it. They are on the corner of Greenway and 40th Street, at the back of the shopping center with the Barro’s, Starbucks, and Gelato Spot.
